“Amazing!”

The best all inclusive resort that I have ever stayed in...hands down. Absolutely everything was included. We paid extra when we arrived to upgrade to the 'Preferred' package. It was well worth it. The best all inclusive resort that I have ever stayed in...hands down. Absolutely everything was included. We paid extra when we arrived to upgrade to the 'Preferred' package. It was well worth it. Meant we had access to the Adults only infinity pool with a swim up bar. A little more private and really enjoyable as we spent most of our time here. All drinks included - Premium and cocktails too (small supplement for the likes of Belvedere and grey goose). Breakfast was in the Preferred area room in the mornings , buffet style with a huge selection of foods. English breakfast items also available. Chefs freshly cooking omelettes etc. Prosecco for breakfast also if you like. Dinner was absolutely delicious with themed nights in their separate restaurants. Choice of pillows available which can be selected from their pillow menu. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, The best i have encountered. Honestly book it!

“Superb hotel and location”

Absolutely loved this hotel. All refurbished beautifully during the pandemic, superb location and fantastic attentive staff. Would definitely return.

Loved the hotel. Room refurbished to a high standard and kept very clean each day. Food choice was excellent in the world restaurant with lots of choice every day. Staff in all departments friendly and efficient. Stayed for a week on an all inclusive plus package. Disappointed that being a retired couple we were excluded from using the adults only pool area - because we weren't in a 'preffered' room! So we had to be content with the main pools area which was also the shallow pools for children, and we enjoy a child free time on holiday. No other hotel we have used has such a policy, restricting access to pool areas. Similarly to use the fast food grill restaurant for lunch we had to wait until 3pm as it was reserved for 'preferred' customers from 12 until 3, even though it was practically empty! The ale carte restaurants were very good. Food and service excellent. Evening entertainment also good. Overall a good hotel but we felt the restrictions placed on none preferred customers to be wrong and for that reason its not a hotel we will return to.
