We stayed here for 5 nights in May 2024. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, there were a few niggles but nothing that would ruin a trip to the H10/ Salou. Positives -Very clean hotel, reception,pool areas and restaurant were spotless -Room was very clean, albeit small, with a good shower snd comfy bed and pillows -We stayed on Breakfast only rate, which suited us very well. Breakfast selection was good, something for everyone and plenty of seating -Rooftop pool and sunbeds were a great addition, nice and peaceful with good chillout music, we didnt use the main pool as it was hard to get a lounger but we prefered the roof top area. Negatives - Staff at reception were not very friendly, quite rude/snappy with some guests, they didnt seem too interested in helping with requests and ignored myself and husband at the desk, bit weird as the lady was staring at us but blanking us at the same time. Restaurant staff seemed a bit nicer at breakfast. -The bedroom walls were paper thin, the other reviews noting this are not exagerrating, our lovely loud neighbours woke us every morning without fail. Bring ear plugs! - Drinks are expensive if not on AI package. - Housekeeping was hit and miss, some days they forgot to replace towels, others they forgot to replace toilet paper, so we ended up calling down for these, which they were quick to replace. Hotel is very central, but set back from the madness, a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 mins to the lively parts. Plenty of bars/shops/restaurants near by too. Harry potters across the road do €2 pints but the lady who runs it is quite rude and not nice. We preferred Ruby Tuesdays across the road, much nicer and cleaner! All in all, we had a lovely time, this was our first trip to Salou and hopefully not our last!

A lovely hotel. Really enjoyed our stay!Would recommend. We just spent 5 days at the H10 Vintage and it was mostly a very positive and pleasant stay. We were lucky to get a large room, which I think was larger than most as we were 3 people sharing . The room was spotless, and beds were large and comfy. We did hear a lot of noise from neighbours, which was not ideal. The walls do appear to be very thin. We were on the bed and breakfast rate . The breakfast was fantastic. So much choice and lovely eggs and pancakes cooked freshly at the grill. Both the main pool and the rooftop plunge pool are lovely. Plenty of loungers but it was May so that may be different in high season. The staff were mostly lovely , particularly the bar staff and the breakfast manager . I found some of the reception staff unfriendly. The exception being the night time reception man. He was very helpful.Overall this is a lovely hotel . Close to beach and very clean and modern. I would revisit.

The first thing I will mention is air conditioning as many people on social media are worried that it is not switched on,the first night was horrible and the room was stuffy the unit was in winter mode,the next day and the rest of the holiday it was possibly the best air conditioning we have had in years,We did not have the best of starts when we checked in three staff on reception with 20 golfers booking in,thirty minutes later we find they are having problems with checking in as names had changed on the booking my girlfriend then spoke to a young man who thought we were part of the golfing party.Nooooo.We booked in and then had to rush as the buffet was closing in ten minutes.Our room was up to a very good standard with a lovely bathroom and a pretty good shower but the walls are very thin and you can hear talking from next door which could be a problem with a loud neighbour,I thought the food at the hotel was possibly one of the best I have ever had on holiday esp those meat balls so so yummy.Was annoyed one night when we went to sit outside we waited 10 minutes for the lady to put down cutlery and order a drink then someone else sat down and she served them straight away,then we could not believe that she had seen us and carried on taking pots away(May 13th)I got up and eat in the main dining area.The main pool is a lovely area to relax the water was a bit cold and the sunbeds would be 90 percent taken at 11am,the roof top terrace is lovely for sun bathing and drinking we did spend a few hours up there.In general we found all staff at the hotel vey polite and seemed very happy working for Vintage Salou.If we forget the check in and the women who ignored us it was a perfect holiday and we will come back in the future.In 750 tripadviser reviews I very rarely mention incidents but this needed noting.

Just back from a week stay with my mum, me (age 27) mum (age 58). Overall feel for hotel is aimed more at 60+ age, most guests were above this range. We had breakfast and evening meals, food was extremely bland and never kept hot, was always lukewarm, very disappointing, not appetizing and oily. We ate outside the hotel just for some flavour spending money we had not planned for :( It may had been more bearable if it was at least hot. - we have stayed at h10 hotels before so we didn't expect this! 2 pools were great, 1 very large on ground floor with most guests here, games bingo etc. We preferred to just relax so the rooftop plunge pool was a more relaxing vibe, - although the 10 songs were on repeat the whole week, a few guests had noticed and were starting to get annoyed with this. - although only 1 lift to take guests up to the top - so lots of waiting as you could imagine, we waited for around 10 minutes to get our cases down and of course used stairs the rest of the time. Entertainment was very busy and lots of sitting areas for guests everyone looked really into it!. Areas also catered for disabilities which we thought was great. Gym also on top floor was great and spacious. Room very average with no sun on our balcony - we heard from other guests it was £200 etc for a room facing the sun. - we were out most of the time so this was fine for us and it was clean.

Lovely hotel, and staff great location lovely beach and only 5 min walk….just shame about disruptive guests late at night! We used to dread night times due to loud talking guests in rooms either side of us. One side woken up to loud girls who started playing loud music at 2am singing away having a karaoke session had to bang on wall, music was turned down a little bit carried on loud talking and laughing so had to call reception, reception did go up and after they were quiet but only for the rest of that evening. Every night they would be up talking late in room or on balcony returning to room at 430 am and being loud as though 430 in the afternoon! We asked to move room as didn’t want to put up with this for rest of holiday but was told this was not possible and to ring 9 if any Problems and they would sort it. That night a coupe on the room above us was fighting screaming and shouting so had to call reception at 2am, they had other complaints located where it was coming from and sorted it, they did ring back to apologise. The other side of the room was loud coupe that talked loud swearing and banging of drawers and toilet seat early mornings hacking loud coughs morning and night. The walls in this hotel must be so thin with high ceilings it echoes!! It’s such a shame as Although i would love to return as lovely hotel this would put me off booking here again ! Food was ok but could do with being hotter species the baked beans !!! but on the 2nd to last night we noticed a microwave! Drinks at bar and snacks reasonably priced, you had to load cash onto a wrist band or pay by card this as fine not a problem, if you want a guaranteed good night sleep this would not be the hotel for you!
