1.room The room was clean and comfy with great air con clean bathroom with shower and bath you also get an amenities kit with a toothbrush and toothpaste and a comb the cleaners did a great job every day, not just changing the sheets but also cleaning the room thoroughly Balcony was quite large with a large table and two chairs 2.pool area The pool area is great with a lot of shade for people who like to keep out of the sun and a lot of sun for sunworshippers the pool wasn’t heated so it was quite cold but I was only 20 degrees, when we stayed there is a large waterfall with is a great feature there are 2 bars by the pool that serve snacks and drinks overall very nice pool area. There is also a Jacuzzi on the roof which has great views over salou 2. food and restaurant Breakfast was good with English sausage and Spanish sausage and pancakes omelettes, eggs, cold meats crêpes churros, and lots of other things breakfast was basically the same every day, it was still a brilliant breakfast Lunch was very good with a varied selection. There was always paella either meat fish mixed or vegetarian, there are also quite a few vegan options dinner was very similar to lunch with a few more options pizzas which were very nice and meats cooked at the live station such as veal beef pork chicken turkey it was different every night but there are options for everyone even people who can be a bit fussy with their food. There was chips, plain pasta and stuff like that. The only thing about the restaurant that I didn’t like was, it was very warm in there Drink prices I found drink prices to be quite reasonable, especially for beer Pint of beer was €3.20 Cocktails €6.50 Coca Cola €2.20 Cider €6.50 Cider was quite expensive, but that is understandable as it is imported Staff The staff were absolutely brilliant. Most of them spoke English, except from in the restaurant. I also heard them speaking French and German. They were very helpful and always seemed happy. It madeb the experience so much better. Overall It is a brilliant hotel, very close to PortAventura world and very close to Salou centre it is the perfect location for a hotel I couldn’t recommend it enough

We have just returned from this hotel having spent a great 14 nights there. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have slept in at a hotel. The staff in all areas were kind and helpful and really made our stay special. The food had a great choice ( I have some food intolerances and still there was plenty for me to choose from). The hotel is ideally situated if you want to visit the parks and travel about on public transport This was our first trip abroad since Covid and we made a good choice. In balance there were a few small criticisms - the housekeeping staff really need more time to service the rooms, ours was quite dusty and the floor gritty after 2 weeks and the downstairs toilets were not apparently cleaned in the afternoons making them quite unpleasant at times. Bearing in mind that most hotels are struggling to get back to pre pandemic staffing levels and breaking into profit again , these slight difficulties could be understood. I did feel that everyone was trying their best. Overall a very good holiday for the price paid but the best part being the friendly welcoming staff.

“Great Family Holiday”

Great location for the theme parks and Salou amenities, also convenient for visiting Barcelona and Taragona. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean, beds are great. All the family had a great time and this is our second visit to this hotel.

“A little disappointed”

A little disappointed. For a 4 star hotel, no table water is provided- you have to pay for it ?? Rooms not really cleaned they just make your bed with the same linen- bathroom not tidied and we had to keep asking for clean towels. Not really what you expect for a 4 star hotel.
