We stayed 9-17 May Privilege Room 462 All Inclusive Transfer from the airport took 25 mins 50 Euros in a taxi from the airport When we arrived at 1145 check in reception was busy our cases were taken off us and we were offered a drink whilst sitting in the lobby bar After about 15 mins we were called over and gentlemen on reception checked us in He was very thorough and went through all Privilege details .We were given key card for Privilege area so we could use until room was available Room was available about 1430 ,We booked a Privilege room and we were given a room on the same level as the Privilege area so we could walk from our terrace onto the Privilege decking this we loved.Room was perfect was made up as Double this we requested air con worked fine bathroom has good walk in shower shower gel shampoo body lotion etc Hairdryer as well. Did not use the TV so cannot comment The room was cleaned ever morning between 9-11 am and turndown every evening between 5-7 pm Privilege area is open between 10am -8 pm and we were looked after very well by the ladies that worked up there ,You access the lounge from 10 am with your key card The lounge has nice seating big TV computer free open bar with wine Cava spirits soft drinks etc all you could require ,They have nuts out and fruit and come around a few times a day with sandwiches and fruit on the Privilege decking Privilege area is beautiful so peaceful the only noise is from the birds singing The Privilege Area in on level 4 so has amazing views looking out on the golf course Marina and the sea ,There is plenty off room probably about 100 sun loungers with umbrellas and table .There is plenty off room we never had an issue getting a sun bed however off course guests were reserving beds from 0830 either via stairs either side off the Privilege area or if they have room on level 4 ,There is also a privilege area with Bali beds by the Naturalia/La Brasserie restaurant that looked lovely with about 12-16 double Bali beds with small bar with water and Cava Privilege Area has infinity pool .9 meters deep and about 25 meters long lovely for a dip Spa/Gym Did not use the spa but looked lovely .Gym was fantastic with 4 bikes three treadmills 2 cross trainers and lots off fixed and free weights,All good condition TechnoGym was very hot and only open 10 am -8 pm Breakfast we could have every morning in the La brasserie tried first morning did not enjoy Menu limited coffee from a machine and did not like the way the food was served ,From morning two we eat in the Tamadaba outside area this was superb proper hot strong coffee in a pot and eggs cooked at the egg station to your preference superb and thank you to Carrillo whom looked after the outside are very well Being Privilege All inclusive we could eat every lunch at the Naturalia this was amazing superb menu off fresh food and specials such as black rice with prawns Wine was great if you like red wine try the Vina Paceta The Gaudi was closed for refurbishment so we eat every night ad the La brasserie book on the app to secure your time off 1830 onwards .Apart from the 12 th may food was superb with daily specials and service always professional,Tagliatelle with cuttlefish is amazing for starter ,The market fish for mains always great and white chocolate cookies with mint ice cream to finish wow Staff were lovely a few to mention Farid Vicente Africa Marjory Ana and Sergio Martin,Sorry if I missed any off Chill out bar from 6 pm onwards was lovely for a drink as sun went down, This is a beautiful hotel great location with professional friendly staff. We booked on the H10 app best prices From July onwards they will have an additional 2 restaurants apart from the La brasserie and Gaudi We will be returning end off September thank you so much for an amazing vacation
