Just returned from an absolutely fantastic stay at H10 Meloneras Palace room 547. When we arrived we were checked in by Pavol who was very professional and friendly, and he gave us all the information we required to enjoy our stay. All of the staff we encountered were so cheerful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is very well maintained and clean. The restaurant offers a wide choice of well presented and tasty food and again the staff are a credit to the hotel. The pool areas are again very well maintained and offer excellent options for shade to full sunshine. For us everything was perfect for a relaxing time. Thank you to everyone from Pavol on reception to Sonia who looked after our room. The Meloneras Palace is lovely relaxing hotel with very pleasant cheerful and professional staff.

Back again to this wonderful hotel again, nearly 13 years of coming here, lovely renovated room, clean and spacious, big wide-screen tv,great selection of food, with wonderful service from anaysa, who really looks after everyone, also to maitre 'd,souliman again a fantastic host,farid always the gentleman in the wonderful brasserie, only one downside this year, the entertainment seems to have dropped to second class level, all the great acts have gone, we didn't really enjoy most of them, apart from the wonderful 'dancing shoe's ',hopefully the hotel management will listen to there customers concerns ,will be back as soon as possible, many thanks to all the staff, must mention allesandro, absolutely brilliant character, who really makes our stay

“Excellent”

We were on a golfing holiday courses Anfi Tauro a must play Melanoras was for long hitters. Solbre jury’s out as we played last 9 old course and first 9 new. We were on a golfing holiday courses Anfi Tauro a must play Melanoras was for long hitters. Solbre jury’s out as we played last 9 old course and first 9 new. Maspalomas flat and sneaky Not sure what to expect as renovation going on but not to intrusive. Hotel lovely staff couldn’t fault them bar, catering, waiter Carrillo waitresses to housekeeping staff couldn’t do enough for you. Look after your staff H10. As for food you would have to be hard to please not to find something to suit your palate (tastes) alway a great selection thank you for a most enjoyable stay. Have no problem highly recommending your hotel keep up the good work.

Just returned from a fortnight at this hotel. It was a lovely clean hotel in a gorgeous location. Little things let it down, no tea and coffee facilities in our room, apparently because it wasn’t one of the renovated rooms!?!? We could get a kettle but would have to buy tea coffee and milk from the shop! Or pay €4 a day for a coffee machine. Never stayed in a 5 star hotel with no coffee facilities. The lining of the main pool was awful underfoot, badly needed redoing. The snack bar by the pool only starts serving food at 3.30 pm so you have to go to the restaurant if you want to eat before then. Smokers have 3 designated areas within the whole hotel which consists of 2 benches. Nowhere to sit and have a drink and smoke if you wish so you are up and down to these areas. Also no smoking on your balcony so have to go down to a designated area to be able to have a cigarette. Again not important to a lot of people but if you smoke it’s a pain. We were only given a bowl of nuts once in the piano bar with our drinks, we were told to take snacks from the mini bar, which was only refilled every other day. But on the whole the staff, cleanliness and location were excellent. Would we return, no. This hotel does not compare to 5 star hotels we have stayed elsewhere. More 3/4. The building works didn’t cause disruption to us which was something we were worried about.
