“Friendly staff and great location”

Very clean hotel, and beautiful entrance, nice pool area, friendly staff, food is really good and great selection. Great location within walking distance to the beach and the shops near by. I recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next visit.

Hotel does look a little bit tired from outside. It fine once you walk through reception, The hotel is kept very clean and the all reception and all bar staff are very friendly & helpful . I just didn’t feel this hotel was in line with other H10 hotels I’ve stayed at,so on that level I was a bit disappointed. There was a couple of staff members that when I asked for help or enquiries, they chose not to help. I did get the feeling that because it wasn’t peak season the hotels wasn’t in full working order, even though the hotel look fully booked. Eg the outside bar not being open, the waterfall not working & no Aircon for the room. I was only B&B I didn’t have any problem with the food for breakfast. The rooms are small and very clean and a selection of shampoo, conditioners moisturiser, shower gel. No coffee/tea facilities, no robes in the room. you did have to put a 10€ deposit down to rent a beach towel which you do get back at when you return the towel. I’m a sunworshipper, I will be out of the first rays of light but won’t queue at the door and fight for a bed. I did find it quite irritating/selfish that a lot of people reserve their beds and didn’t come back for hours. As I sat in the shade waiting for the Sun to arrive. This is acceptable hotel to stay at, I just wasn’t a fan some of the clientele or the area.

Just back from a week in H10 Delfin Salou. I don't normally write a review, but I thought this hotel warranted one. The entrance to the reception and lounge area was so inviting, and i found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, with excellent musical entertainment each night. The animation guy was very pleasant and conversed with everyone My only disappointment was the hot food served at lunch and evening. There wasn't a great variety, and we ate out every night because of this. Had the food been better the rating would definitely have been a 5.

“Very good hotel!!”

A very good hotel Staff very helpful and friendly food very good Rooms cleaned every day Reception staff very efficient especially Judith. Entertainment very good. Service in bars and restaurants excellent Maybe a few more sunbeds needed But overall an excellent hotel Would come back again
