“OK”

Location brilliant, room and views good, food acceptable to good, service ok., enertaiment ok. This is a two tier hotel, three if you count all inclusive, Privildge, all inclusive and basic, which is noticable at times. Third visit so we must like it.

Plus pool is heated to a lovely temperature so it doesn’t take your breath away getting in but still refreshing. -Roof top terrace open to everyone was fantastic as well, nice view, mini pool and showers. -Can’t recommended the spa enough. €10 each, it’s a great experience & beautiful. -10/10 treatment on our last day, had a late flight. Check out not until 12, was allowed to go for breakfast. Later on after check out was given a curtesy suite with clean towels for 30 mins to freshen up. Found baggage storage very secure compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in, you are supervised at all times in the luggage room which is very reassuring that your stuff is safe. -Stayed half board so only experienced buffet. Food was good quality, no upset bellies, very clean, staff on the ball. Breakfast was really good. Dinner, my partner found the meat selection and quality great. For me there was not much choice for vegetarians. Food was not unclearly labelled on if it contained meat or not. There is one food stand which says in big letters “veggie & wok”. I presumed this meant an area for vegetarians, so I ate the stir fly labled “vegetable wok” and ended up eating chicken which I was abit upset about. I was suspicious there was meat and I asked a member of staff & they confirmed it was meat in there. After that I always checked if I was unsure and most foods nearly always had meat it that was labled. -Can’t comment on entertainment as I didn’t watch it -Normal sized rooms as very small, not much space and storage for a two week holiday -First day we woke up to a wet floor because the air con had leaked and I fell over and really hurt my hip, I was really hurt & limping, we complained at reception and they offered to fix it (obviously) but I was surprised the staff didn’t appear very apologetic and I wasn’t offered any compensation of any sort. -Stayed on 3rd floor carpets are badly stained with bleach all along

Nice hotel in a great area. Opposite the beach which you can view from the infinity adults only pool. Beach not suitable for swimming but you can watch the surfers. Great location to access bars and restaraunts in Las Américas and Los Crostianos. Nice sandy and sheltered beach a short walk away. … more

Nice hotel in a great area. Opposite the beach which you can view from the infinity adults only pool. Beach not suitable for swimming but you can watch the surfers. Great location to access bars and restaraunts in Las Américas and Los Crostianos. Nice sandy and sheltered beach a short walk away. Breakfast and evening buffet good quality. Hotel is clean and tidy. On the negative side, bed very uncomfortable but mattress topper provided on our request. No double and single bed frames not great quality. No drinks allowed in pool which I do kind of get. Not allowed to take unfinished bottle of wine from the restaraunt to the bar or outside seating area (next to the restaraunt) after dinner. Found this odd. Eventually it was agreed we could if poured into plastic glasses. Took them outside where everyone else had proper glasses from the bar. 4 small lifts to access 5 floors. Slow and long waits. With the exception of one or two didn’t find staff particularly friendly.
