“Rebranded to Mercure”
I stayed there last week for a night. This hotel has just been rebranded to Mercure. “The hotel is ok, staff can speak English and its near halal foods”
This hotel is one of the acceptable ones and its clean enough. The plus is their staff can speak English, and they have a good concierge service to store goods which is handy in GZ when you do lots of shopping! halal food is near like Lombok. “Great location”
This hotel is situated a few metres away from Beijing Road, making it the best place to stay if you plan to shop in Guangzhou. The metro station is also next to the hotel. Rooms are large with amenities expected such as wifi, mini bar etc.

“Excellent location”
Average hotel in perfect location. Room very small and stinky. Good breakfast and room service facilities. Not appropriate for family with kid. Make sure you insist on having room on the 16th floor as this is the new renovated one else the rest are just nightmare.
