“Nice hotel but noisy”

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants. The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time. If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

+nice and clean hotel +location (close to Mercadona,bus stop,car rental,beach) +tasty food +friendly staff +possibility of booking sightseeing trips in the hotel +very nice,decent size balconies -german tourists oriented hotel (mostly german tv channels) -lots of loud Germans drinking from the very morning,playing german music from portable speakers beside the outdoor pool and no staff telling them to turn it down -poor lifts (small,one breaking very often,hard to get during dinner times) -very poor airconditioning (the temperature in my room was 25,5-26,5 degrees C although I kept setting it to 21-22,had to sleep with open balcony door) -you have to pay for any beverages when having dinner which was not mentioned when booking stay including food

“Drunk teenagers”

I don't recommend this hotel due to the drunk Germans making noise all night long. They were loud and disruptive, and we couldn't sleep properly. Really annoying and frustrating. I don't recommend this hotel due to the drunk Germans making noise all night long. They were loud and disruptive, and we couldn't sleep properly. Really annoying and frustrating. Otherwise, the rooms are clean, and the staff is great. It's unfortunate that such a nice hotel experience is ruined by this issue. If the hotel could address this problem, it would be a fantastic place to stay. However, until then, I can't recommend it.
