I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. We stayed here as a family for 5 nights in Oct 23. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing and we had the best holiday possible! The staff in the hotel were all very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The restaurant was amazing and served a large and varied buffet menu for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. It served different foods from around the world, so you always had such a large choice. Our room was cleaned every day and we always came back from our days out to a made bed, fresh towels and a spotless room! The pool area was also fantastic and also kept spotless. Somebody was always tidying the tables or putting the chairs back to their correct positions. The pool was always crystal clear water and the young lady lifeguard was always vigilant watching anybody swimming. She also was very helpful when you asked to play tennis, table tennis, mini golf or if you wanted a pool towel and always greeted you with a smile! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the fantastic beach and all the gift shops and restaurants. So there is always plenty to do in and around the hotel. All in all, this has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in and I highly recommend a stay here! We will certainly be returning in the near future. I recommend this hotel who wants all inclusive, good service, perfect location. Personal wonderfull. Smiling, helpful and very polite from kitchen, room service to bar. Food very tasty and variuos every day. Drinks nice and there are from what to choose. Very good location, sandy beach. Nice old town. Club and shop nearby. This is calm hotel, but you can have fun any age.

“Great for a quick getaway….”

We stayed here mid October 23 and were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel has seen better days, but that doesn’t affect the experience you get. The staff is really friendly and the food is fabulous. We stayed here mid October 23 and were pleasantly surprised. The Hotel has seen better days, but that doesn’t affect the experience you get. The staff is really friendly and the food is fabulous. The rooms are clean and have an on suite Toilet & Shower. A quick walk to the beach and you can walk in the sand for 10km+ in either direction.

“Superb All Inclusive Adult hotel”

Really pleased I chose this hotel for an all inclusive five night stay. Firstly from the moment I arrived staff were excellent. Very friendly at check in and that continued whether it be bar staff, cleaners or restaurant staff. Food was excellent, great choices at all meal times. Never seemed to be much of a queue at the bar, so well organised. Whole hotel was clean. I even seen cleaners sweeping any leaves from outside the front entrance in the morning. Always plenty of sun beds available and mostly a relaxed vibe around the pool with no loud music being played. Location is also pretty good, just a 7-8 minute stroll to the beach. The bus stop for the airport, Palma and nearby resorts like Alcudia is 5 minutes walk away in the direction of the beach. Majority of holiday makers seemed to be German or Swiss, but there was a reasonable number of UK and Irish during my stay.
