“Service outshines the hotel”
We never planned to stay here, but due to a flight delay, we were in Kunming without a hotel. After trying to get a room at 2 other places and failing. “Decent hotel”

Room: decent size, but the lighting is really poor! Would it hurt to increase the wattage of the light bulbs? Beds are typically hard but were clean.
