“The best hotel experience ever!”

It was one of the best hotel experiences. Everyone was so friendly and the hotel location was the best in Seoul. It's connected to the subway station and malls w/ great restaurants. Hotel parking is included and they give you water bottles everyday.

My recent stay here restored my confidence in the Intercontinental brand after a terrible experience at the Intercontinental Coex in late 2022. The Grand Parnas must be one of the best hotels I’ve experienced in Korea - the staff especially were excellent, anticipating my every need, reading my mind on every occasion. The rooms I experienced were wonderfully comfortable (I had two rooms, punctuated by a trip to Busan), helping to ease my unremitting jet lag. The breakfast buffet was huge and exactly what I needed, with plenty of East Asian options, fruit, and cooked western food. It’s extraordinary to think this is part of the same group as the Intercontintental Coex, a shambles of a place that barely deserves one star. I would give 7 stars to the Parnas if I could.

Words fall short when trying to convey our immense gratitude and affection for our experience at the Intercontinental Parnas Hotel in Seoul, Korea. They graciously upgraded us to a magnificent Ambassador suite, undoubtedly among the finest accommodations we've had the pleasure of staying in. The suite boasted a dining area capable of seating eight, with soaring ceilings that reached at least 16 feet, and wall-to-ceiling windows that added to its grandeur. Not to mention, the inclusion of a massage chair was a delightful touch. Another standout feature was the spacious bathtub equipped with a TV, elevating our relaxation experience. Uniquely, the suite offered a clothing heating and disinfecting unit within the closet area, a convenience not commonly found, which proved to be extremely useful for drying clothes or refreshing winter coats as needed. The ambiance of the room was perfectly enhanced by a sound system and a Jazz CD album provided by the hotel. Our affection for the CDs led us to inquire about purchasing it from the club lounge team. In an unexpected gesture of kindness, they informed us it was not for sale and out of stock, but the housekeeping manager generously offered us to keep the CD as a gift. This thoughtful act truly impressed us. Our affection for the Intercontinental Hotels and the IHG program has only deepened following our exceptional stays in Seoul and recently in Paris, solidifying our admiration for their unparalleled luxury service. Dean and Jason from the club lounge truly went above and beyond by personally searched the restaurants and jazz clubs we found online that matched our tastes. Their promptness and hospitality enriched our experience, showcasing their exceptional service and deep local insights.
