We checked out this morning, 4/06. We have to say this visit was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was so helpful and friendly. I highly, highly recommend a stay here. We checked out this morning, 4/06. We have to say this visit was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was so helpful and friendly. I highly, highly recommend a stay here. We only stayed for 2 nights and are headed to Busan. Though the visit was short, it was an amazing stay. The lobby lounge was beautiful and the service was exceptional and friendly. We used the pool a few times - it was great. The pool is beautiful and immaculate. Check in at night was efficient. One highlight was today when we checked out. We called to have our bags picked up and the young gentleman who came to the room for our bags made our day and the trip. He asked if they needed to hold our bags and I told him "no" since we were headed to Seoul Station. He asked if we needed a taxi - I told him I was going to take an Uber. He said he would call a taxi for us. After we checked out, the taxi was waiting - and he helped load all of our luggage into the cab. I wish I had gotten his name - because he deserves special thanks. We were in room 2032 - sir, if you see this, thank you very much for your help. Plus, his English was so great, like he was from the US. It is these kinds of interactions that make a hotel stay truly exceptional. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

The InterContinental Grand Seoul Parnas was an excellent stay, and we will absolutely return. We loved our room, the service was outstanding, and everything throughout the hotel felt precise, polished, and professionally handled. Even small details were done exceptionally well — for example, our laundry and dry cleaning was always delivered promptly, and the food was consistently very good. The person who stood out the most was Mount Seo. He truly went above and beyond for us. We were traveling with a group, and everyone in our party had lounge access except for two people. While others at the front desk told some of our friends it would be more expensive or that they would need to call, Mount handled everything seamlessly. He simply picked up the phone, made the call to check availability, and took care of it for us. It was effortless, thoughtful, and exactly the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. He also showed such genuine kindness in another moment when my husband was admiring a pen, and Mount surprised us by getting us two brand-new ones. That level of attentiveness and generosity meant a lot to us. I will list some pros and cons to help with decision making. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite that was very roomy. I chose this room because the bathroom vanity had more space and were staying for 7 nights. We wanted to be comfortable. The walk to the bathroom at 2am was a little worrisome as there is a step/lift at the commode entry area. There was also no way to control the lights so that you could have a night light around to help with that concern. Next time we come - and we will - we will bring a little travel light with us. Breakfast - this place is pretty popular as you can imagine - if you can get lounge access it is completely worth it. We never had breakfast downstairs. The hotel is on top of a mall, and what a mall it is! Parnas Mall and then that is connected to CoEx - you will need or want for nothing, it was wonderful. This was our first trip to Korea and the subway station being right outside was also amazing and easy to navigate even though I do not speak any Korean. I am however well-traveled and know tips to assist with language barriers - it takes more time, so you have to be patient. I had multiple interactions that make me want to come back. Mount at the front check-in, concierge was on top of it at all times, the baggage gentleman that made sure we got the extras needed quickly. The laundry valet that said even though we were an hour late on having the laundry ready they would not charge us double to get back by six, even though we said we would pay for it. At check out, the gentleman that handled everything with ease and professionalism. Also, seems everyone knows about the steamer closets - which I have never seen one, and soon it will be in my home - we loved it so much! We got so lucky that we were able to experience that which I am assuming because we had the space in our suite. This hotel made us feel genuinely cared for, which made our stay even more memorable. It was wonderful to end our trip at this property. We will definitely be staying at this property again.
