First time staying at this hotel and we had a wonderful experience. The location is great for trips to the beach, the local towns, water sports centre and boat trips! Right next to a bus stop and train station you don’t feel like you’re stuck in one location. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, the rooms are a good size and the food is fab. Plenty of choice for all the family. We would definitely recommend to people of all ages. There were shows on each evening which we heard were amazing but didn’t experience them ourselves as we opted for early nights and early mornings for daytime adventures.

Overall I wouldn’t say it was a bad holiday but not much around the hotel. We stayed half board. Payed £800pp 10 months in advance and wouldn’t say it was worth the money. There wasn’t much information about days out or transportation around provided by the hotel. The staff were slow at everything they did. Sometimes there would be more staff behind the bar than customers and you would still be waiting to order your drink. Food in the restaurant was ok but not a variety of choices for the different nights. The meat was mainly fish options. Staff in there were slow as well to take drink orders. No toilets in the restaurant had to walk out into reception as those were the only toilets. In the hotel there were 2 toilets at the front and 2 at the back. One per gender by either pool. So was usually a queue. The entertainment room was very squashed together, once you were at your table you struggled to get back out again. Disappointed there weren’t more arcade style games/rides. Only 2 machines that weren’t great. We stayed in the May half term holidays and wasn’t massively busy. Always had a sunbed and didn’t have to put towels down. The 2 pools were big. The water park was good but floor and toilets were dirty. You would also get a really strong smell of sewage around parts of the hotel. The prices of alcohol weren’t too bad €3.50 for a pint but was flat every time. Cocktails were good prices ranged from €6.50-€10.50. Snack bar at lunch was slow service and didn’t taste the best. €5 for just a hot dog that looked like dog meat, my daughter only had 1 bite. Beaches were very stoney and not a lot on them. We walked half an hour - 45 minutes down the beach front to find a slide boat and didn’t have them. No boat trips either. We walk 20 minutes to the train station to go into Barcelona which was a hour and 20 minutes trip which we were stood up the whole way there and back, packed in like sardines but the Spanish didn’t seem to care just pushed more and more on. Would recommend going to Marineland, animal shows were great, lots to do there. Again Food very expensive.

This hotel is a lovely hotel in all, plenty of lovely staff and the rooms have the necessities, the hotel all in all is beautiful however the spot it’s in is not, the beach is about 40 steps away over the road which is nice however you have to walk a few miles to even get near the shops or somewhere you could look to eat, the area the hotel is in looks a bit down this building is the only nice building around the town, in the restaurant there is barely any organisation shown, yes the staff is lovely but the way the food is shown and displayed is not, there is so many people there you don’t know which line to stand in to get what you like as there’s so many lines for different foods, by the time you get to your seat your food is cold, also I know this isn’t the hotels fault necessarily but there was kids running around everywhere not settled down and the chairs was moved everywhere with nothing keeping the area in place during the shows, there is barely any space for everyone to fit so basically first come first serve. This place is lovely as a retreat of siting there in the hotel and tanning or playing in the pool, but if you stay there to explore there isn’t a lot to explore except if you go on the Tui tours to girona or Barcelona and so on.
