Great hotel with great location. We had not booked a room with sea view but for our surprise we were given one which was a surprise. Staff were always approachable and friendly. The only thing missing was a way to dry our clothes on the balconies. We went in late may and the weather was not perfect. It was max 22 degrees with a bit breezy wind. The evenings were a bit cold because of the wind.

“Amazing hotel”

Amazing hotel..staff made our stay fabulous. Everywhere is absolutely spotless with constant cleaning. The buffet food is great..especially the fruit selection. Anything you need to have a perfect holiday is on site…and beach on the doorstep

This hotel is exceptional, the staff couldn't do enough for us, on the day we arrived Vlad the restaurant manager showed us around the restaurant and explained how it worked, I'm gluten intolerant he explained there was separate facilities for me and had the chef show me everything I could eat including evening gluten free rolls, at breakfast there was a cupboard containing Schar GF breads and biscuits and cereals aswell as separate toaster which Jero sorted for me every morning, the choice of food seemed endless, Mr Whippy ice cream aswell. All the staff spoke several languages and knew phrases in English and French and I heard Italian at 1 point too, and they worked incredibly hard, but did it with a smile and patience, luckily we knew a bit of Spanish so had little difficulty ordering food, oh and water was FREE Our standard room had a double and single, didn't need the single as it took up space, I'm sure they'd have removed it if asked but we used it as a table, only observation, no chair in the room or bathroom which I'd have liked, but there was some outside with a table on the terrace which was a really nice place to read There was a kettle in the room which we used daily, and the condiments were changed daily, we used the fridge which worked a treat for a large bottle of milk and the odd treat Room was cleaned and bedding changed daily to a very high standard We did have an issue with the safe, which was sorted in quick time, instantly at 1 point Entrainment was varied from circus to tribute acts, the Michael Jackson This Is It show was incredible quite frankly, only thing I would suggest is making the roof higher as performing acrobats on the floor was difficult to see, they had bingo at night and lots to do from archery to boules during the day and a kids club for the families, if you don't go out all day like we did you'll definitely not get bored staying at the hotel So things we discovered, the heating is solar so the water is luke warm until around 0800 after that it's as warm as you personally want it, so we didn't shower until after breakfast but we do shower twice a day before dinner too, the shower was walk in and powerful which I loved Bus stop literally outside the hotel, we bought a 10 trip bus card which was 10 Euro initially then 6 euro 30 to top up with another 10 journeys , valid all 2024, it goes from Reus to Salou and everywhere between Tarragona and is really regular, we'll use it if we go back end of the year too What can I say location is as good as it gets, the area is flat and fantastic with brilliant transport links, me and my partner are looking forward to returning We would like to mention Jero, Vlad, Isabel and Rafael from the restaurant, you were all so helpful and it was lovely meeting you all, thank you

First of all I would like to thank the reception staff, we were given an absolutely beautiful seaview room. Thank you to all the staff in the dining room, always polite and pleasant, I feel bad I didn't get the man's name (black suit), helped me all the time as I am ceolliac, talked me through options, there was always bread (with a dedicated toaster), muffins, biscuits. So much choice. I had gluten free pizza twice which was amazing, best I have tasted. The food in general was fabulous, cooked really well and very tasty, only complaint would be that nothing is very hot, only lukewarm but plenty of microwaves around. There is good entertainment every night for kids and adults. Weather was a bit dodgy, chilly some evenings. If the entertainment is inside the wooden chairs are so uncomfortable. Only complaint in the evening is the bar staff tend to ignore people on all inclusive in favour of serving people who pay cash and would probably tip. No one ever asked if we wanted a drink, they just rushed past whilst clearing the table, but people without a wristband they almost ran to serve them. But if you managed to shout them they would take your order, they were all very friendly apart from one man who we thought quite rude. The pool area is nice but I would imagine in the summer months it would be too busy, and the pool is quite small. Fantastic beach on the doorstep. Lovely and flat to walk along the beach or the shops/bars across the road. Buses are outside the hotel. All in all a wonderful holiday in a spotless beautiful hotel. Would definitely recommend.
