Writing my review on nearly our last day here at this fab hotel. We as always read the reviews before we book a holiday, there was a few not so nice reviews so we were a bit dubious but thought you can't please everyone. Honestly don't listen to everything you read. The only not so good part to our holiday was the airport coach driver who we found to be rude and unhelpful. The reception staff are so friendly and very helpful. Our room was 205 and what a loveky room like all the others . trendy, spacious and very clean with spotless bedding and towels. The cleaners were absolutely lovely and work so hard keeping all the rooms clean. we would put the do not disturb sighn on our room a few times as there was no need for them to do it if you made your own bed and kept your room tidy. We asked for extra towels for when washing our hair as we have long hair and there was not an issue..When we asked for the room to be made up they gave us clean bedding, towels ect. Pool Area was spotless with plenty of sunbeds. the food bar was opened spot on 10am everyday with food piping hot and being topped up everyday. From chicken, burgers, Hotdogs,pizzas, bread rolls , salad bar and desserts..The staff were lovely and work so hard and very long days . tip jars are there so pop a euro in for them . Drinks were lovely and all ypu do is give them the token and they keep it till you have finished for the day and when you have finished for the day you get your token bag..no problems at all and the system works.. Entertainment was good but started getting quiter due to the time of year..there was a motown bad on 1 night which was fab. There was bingo and karaoke ect. The Entertainment team work so hard and are very friendly. The restaurant...absolutely spotless with the staff clearing the tables constantly.The food was actually the best all inclusive food I've tasted with different variety every night from Italian, Spanish, British, Mexican..There was something for everyone wither it was breakfast lunch or tea you certainly would never go hungry. if the food was warm there are microwaves to warm it up but we never had an issue.. Every night the chef would cook something in front of you. The only noise issue that we had was an old lady playing her t v up to loud all night but think she fell asleep with it on.. You go out the back gate and the beach, shops and restaurants are10 mins away .. All in all we will definitely return to this well run hotel with fab hard working staff..

Really happy with my experience in this hotel! Every single staff member was super friendly and helpful, food served every meal was delicious and varied. Rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, shower was a great pressure and temperature, plenty of room in the bathroom it wasn't cramped at all! Aircon in the room was great and worked so well, balcony was lovely with great views. The entire hotel was very clean and well kept, modern interior and pleasant appearance inside and out. Pool area was nice and clean, lovely atmosphere, pool bar staff were friendly, drinks were varied and plenty of options available, food served through the day at the pool bar was great to snack on! The only thing is that the layout of sunbeds and the dining room are both quite cramped and very close together but it wasn't a huge problem as the hotel wasn't very busy. Would definitely return again, me and my mum had a brilliant week's stay here.

“Cold food and strict staff”

Had a weeks holiday here with the family mid October. Food is always freezing cold, everything tastes the same clearly all cooked in the same pan or something. Lack of options for vegetarians unless you want plain pasta and chips every night. No music round the pool not even quietly so lacks severe… more

Had a weeks holiday here with the family mid October. Food is always freezing cold, everything tastes the same clearly all cooked in the same pan or something. Lack of options for vegetarians unless you want plain pasta and chips every night. No music round the pool not even quietly so lacks severely in atmosphere. Everyday the room is “cleaned” never clean sheets, never sweeped, never wiped sides down. Basically made a bed and emptied a bin. Got told we can’t have straws unless we have a cocktail. Not great for young children? All inclusive but no straws very strange. Rude lifeguard who doesn’t smile spends all his time vaping and eating and banning any medium size floats as it obstructs his view… Had to eat out most nights can’t bare cold food every day 3 times a day. Pool is baltic stupidly cold. Nice room if it’s only two of you. Way too small with the third bed could barely move. Asked if there was any other rooms got a smug rude receptionist. Animation team are the key to this hotel lovely staff, lovely kids club. Without them this rating would be a 1. I’ve stayed at Globales before and this is the worst one. Breakfast starts at 8am so can’t even grab something before our transfer. Will not be coming again. Too strict staff stopping people playing music on speakers quietly even though everyone loved it because it’s so boring round the pool! Hotel is right near the beach and bars and shops that another reason it got a star location is perfect .
