“Lovely hotel. Thank you!”

Yes, there are tokens for the pool bar drinks, not a big deal, saves there been glasses left everywhere and keeps the area tidy. Hotel is very clean. We have loved this holiday. After reading negative reviews beforehand, we were a bit worried. Don't be. Yes, there are tokens for the pool bar drinks, not a big deal, saves there been glasses left everywhere and keeps the area tidy. Hotel is very clean. Staff all lovely with us and the children. Entertainment team work really hard to keep everyone occupied. We were here over Easter and the staff did an egg hunt and craft activities with the children. Food can get a little samey, but is lovely and plentiful. Pool bar also good for children especially with pizzas, chips, hot dogs etc open until 6pm. Our room was great. Pool view, first floor and cleaned daily. We will definitely return, looking to book for next year.

Unfortunately NEVER a 4 star hotel!!!!! We stayed there for 5 nights and would not go back. We stayed in room 133 which is on the first floor just above the main entrance and the constant sewer smell was horrendous. There is an open sewer directly in front of the reception and this meant we could not open our patio door and sit on the balcony due to the acrid smell. The room was sweltering at times and there was no air conditioning and we were unable to open the door to let fresh air in. The Hotel itself is very clean and well looked after but the room was only cleaned once whilst we were there. Although we were out of the room most of the day the cleaners always turned up after our return and asked if we wanted the room cleaning, knowing we would say no. The beds are very small and are basically 2 single beds pushed together, not ideal for a couple. The food was ok, always hot and fresh although not very varied. The best meal of the day is breakfast. The Entertainment on the night was very poor although the entertainers during the day were very good and amusing. The token system at the pool bar is a joke!!! On a night you can order as many drinks as you want but on dinnertime and afternoon only 1 drink at a time using a token. Why!!!!!! The queues are also ridiculous and some staff spend more time talking to each other than actually serving. The cost for the safes is also very expensive - 35 Euros for 5 nights. The pool was very small and freezing and mainly used by the Seagulls. N.B. The seagulls are absolutely manic. Attacking people for food constantly. Another word of warning the showers are lethal. the temperature they go to is absolutely unbelievable and it is so easy to knock the tap accidentally, which i did on a couple of occasions. DO NOT let your children use the showers on their own. We also found a lot of the staff were miserable and not very helpful. If you like caravan holidays or remember Butlins this is the place for you.

Wasn’t sure what to expect but the hotel is nice and clean but there is a terrible smell in reception and the entrance of the restaurant (sewer smell) also the seagulls outside watch your food as one decided to swoop down and take my friends sausage haha and they also like to take a dip in the pool. Good was nice we did eat out now and again for a change. There was 3 of us in one room with 2 cups and one toilet roll which made no sense and we had to ask for more toilet rolls and a cup the rooms were so warm but they wouldn’t switch the AC on as we asked there answer was it was there winter but it’s not for us and what happened to the customer is always right. The hotel is in a nice location and I wish they told you to use the back gate as it takes you straight bro the front instead walking long way round all in all okay stay but wouldn’t stay again. Also reception staff were miserable but the restaurant staff were lovely.
