“Pros and cons/fair review”

OK so start with the pros: Very clean hotel, not an ant in sight. OK so start with the pros: Very clean hotel, not an ant in sight. The birds are lovely very relaxing/cute The staff are really friendly The all inclusive drinks are good spanish baileys, Spanish malibu, blue lagoons, tequila sunrise, San Miguel on draught, real 7up, pepsi etc on tap The room is big, cleaned daily and beautiful view of the sea/pool from the balcony. Breakfast is good especially the cooked eggs, omelette and crepes, it's rare you get eggs cooked right abroad but you did here. Lunch good selection of rice, pasta, fresh salads, fresh cooking station does fish, meat and vegi option, nice freshly cut breads, fresh fruits and the desserts are great. Location is amazing right on the sea front snd about 20 minute walk to the centre with bars/restaurants on the way, there is also an amazing Caribbean bar 5 mins walk to the left as you come put the hotel onto the beach. Entertainment goes on both lists, the live singers on Thursday and Tuesday were amazing but the rest was absolutely awful. The balcony overlooking the sea next to the bar is fab for a cocktail and chill. OK so cons: The lifts, waited a while for them when it was busy I.e. breakfast time etc we had to walk down from the 6th floor a lot of times we didn't mind but would rather not have to. The shower in our room was broken and the English channels on the TV didn't work, not bothered about the TV but the shower was annoying, the cupboards and drawers smelt of damp and my clothes started to smell like damp after a few days so I had to take them out. The dinner was awful, boring and bland food the same stuff every.night, also the food in the canteen trays are served luke warm so you need to microwave it to heat it up I always just stuck to the fresh cooked food and fresh salad which was enough. The wine was awful but this is expected from all inclusive. This is not the hotels fault but when we were there they had stag and hen parties and even though we tried not to let it spoil our holiday they were on our floor and we heard kick offs on the night times, girls being sick, screaming, crying at 1/2 in the morning, 1 off the girls got her boobs out on the balcony next to the bar when children were around, the lads were chanting like they were at a football match and it made it very uncomfortable so we had to go out to avoid them, we might have stayed in more if itvwasnt for this, it's a shame as its not he hotels fault but it did spoil our holiday a little.

We started here 2weeks ago and and found it ok good side 1. Rooms were cleaned every day 👍👍 2. Bed was changed mid week 👍👍 3. There is a nice 15min walk up the front to the town & market but lots of bitty shops & bars on the way up👍👍 Down side 1. room could do with a bit of a revamp 👎🏻👎🏻 2. Food was a bit of a hit or miss (if ur a fussy eat don’t come here ) breakfast was better then evening meal 👎🏻👎🏻 3. If u are off early on trip or going home DONT ask of early breakfast it is really bad u get 2 slices of bread top 1 hard bottom 1 soggy 1 slices of ham ,1 slices of other ham with olive in , apple, 1butter & jam & 1 small slices of cake it’s rubbish we wasted most of it 🤢👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 4. The Tui rep we have was filling in for someone but u could see she didn’t want to be there not very helpful 👎🏻 4. There can be a lot of noise at night so there is a few groups of boys & girls ( hen & stag parties) on respect of others shame 👎🏻👎🏻 All in all don’t think we will come back as the food is a big let down shame & noses of the stag & hen 😢 as it’s a nice hotel 😢
