My best advice is I won't beat about the bush on giving an honest review or advice, But it does help on the type of customers you are attracting. I have no idea what this hotel was like before the new owners took over,Anyway rooms were Tidy,clean, comfortable 2x TVs in bedroom and living room. Large bathroom and separate toilet with a phone just in case you run out of bog rolls ,Nice tidy kitchen with kettle and microwave. Has a hob two rings but sadly no pots or pans any reason for this?? Quick check in ,good directions to room and was more than happy with the accommodation for 10 days. No issues with walking about on your bear feet ,Lifeguard on duty at 3 pools. No cups ,glasses, or rubbish .Small plastic tray there for you to put in . Top of any agenda will always be the food ,Under and over cooked ,cold or warm and tasteless and especially when it's 90% British visitors .you want to increase your % you have to look at where and what can we improve and that's the difference between going up and down Theme nights Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Indian food works a treat instead of eating the same crap every day. Some simple things that can be improved can make a difference to the hotel . The night entertainment was all in all piss poor and poor turn out too, This needs to improve. On a final note I liked the hotel, The staff, The room it felt like home and good 👍

I cannot fault this hotel, it's actually really nicely designed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and are really helpful. Pool areas good and there is always food and drinks. There are a few bits in need of maintenance but that comes anywhere that has many people passing through. If I was to say anything needed improvement it would be the evening entertainment, it's very samey but ok. I would probably book to come here again. It's lovely

Pros: - amazing beach front location & 5/10 minute walk into town. - 3 nice pools. - decent size rooms. - restaurant staff and cleaners very nice. - kids play area (if you have children). Cons: - food was the same every single day & not that nice (we had bad belly’s every day of the trip and only did half board.) - very outdated hotel. - hardly any type of entertainment. - having to pay to access the spa?!?! How can they do that in a 4* hotel?! - had blood on a new pillow case. - only phone in the room was in the toilet & it was broke. - tried to book in a massage at the spa ignored us. - bedrooms are so dark because there is no big light (just a picture behind the bed that lights up and bed lamps). - tennis courts were closed. - we was on the first floor and could hear all the banging above us from the other people. - as we was on the first floor and next to a pool there is a whole next to the balcony at the pools that people can jump through to get to the balcony? Very odd and unsafe.
