The hotel is clean, and the bedrooms are well equiped, you just have to remember to request a kettle and it is a good idea to take some coffee and powered milk. The maids do have a small supply of tea and coffee and leave small paper cups in the room for your use but it is a good idea to borrow the plastic glasses from the bar and wash and reuse as required. The food was pretty good and there is a wide selection, the only negative point is that the Spanish seem to like luke-warm food so you need to locate chef-mic on the end of the centre isle and nuke everything for at least 30 seconds. The gym is practically non-existent and not really worth bothering with and the Spa and indoor pool have restricted opening times and you have to prebook so we didn't bother to try to use them. The hotel has a nice view of the beach however being at the top of a steep hill, the trek to the supermarket or ferry can be quite a challenge. The main beach is reachable by a ferry that runs once per hour and you can obtain tickets from reception. The only real disappointment is that there is a lot of rubbish on the beach and the authorities seem to make no effort to clean them. The town of Rompido is about 5 mins by car, or 15 if you hire a bike, however I would recommend trying to walk it as it is a approximately 3km. There is a very limited bus service that we didn't use and a taxi costs approximately €20 however there are none based at the hotel or in Rompido so you have to call one and that can be a challenge so best to ask at the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and good service given but in middle of nowhere. All inclusive but you have to pay for snacks and ice creams at the pool bar and alcohol very small measures more like drinking just pop. Food is same every day and night and if fussy eater this hotel not for you. If you smoke remember to take plenty as nowhere to purchase them in the surrounding area. Have problems with mosquito bites take repellent as there was loads of them I'm covered. States you get kettle in room nope but if you ask at reception they did get me one within 10 minutes which I was impressed with. Entertainment a bit to be desired and doesn't start till 10pm. Plenty of sunloungers around the 2 pools. Aircon in my room was very poor even on top setting not that it was needed much as turned chilly at night. Tui rep on site a few times which I was shocked to see. Shop in hotel but very limited in what it sells. If you need to phone reception from your room it's 9 nowhere tells you that. They give you a band if all inclusive that actually opens your room very good idea don't need the card given.

Gorgeous hotel, with fantastic poolside areas and luxury rooms fully equipped with all the things you need on your holiday. Cleaners changed the towels on a daily basis, which I was very impressed with.- all staff were very friendly and the restaurant is absolutely delightful with the wide variety of food and plenty of it! Disappointed of the lack of milk in the rooms, other guests made a complaint as they had arrived early hours of the morning to find a kettle in their room but with no teabags/ coffee or milk. Limited opening times on the poolside bar meant that we were unable to purchase any snacks at certain times. ( not really worth being 'all inclusive' ) We were amused on our first day when our cocktails came from a tap with fruit that looked it had past its sell by date! The lack of English in the hotel information and the staff at the Spa resulted in us not purchasing the towels as we thought they were 14 euros each person each day as suppose to them being 40 euros ( for four people) based on it being a deposit- totally confused us! We tried to book a few treatments on the day before we went home - but were told they could only do the following day - they must of been short staffed as there was not a hotel guest to be seen! Limited opening times for the spa also reduce the chances to using this luxury facility whilst staying at the hotel. We never got the opportunity to visit the hotel shop as that too seemed to have limited opening times - so when we went on the hunt for some afternoon snacks ( poolside bar was closed at this point) we were unable to purchase anything from there either! I think this hotel could benefit if they offer a deal on the double bed loungers placed around the pool. - 25 euros for the day - to be booked 24 hours before ( not being able to get a towel before 11am from the spa ) seems a little expensive, - if they reduced the cost around mid day subject to availability I am sure a lot more guests would have booked them - out of our 5 days there we saw two couples using them - such a shame!
