“Comfortable business stay”
The hotel offers a comfortable stay. Location central and ideal for business travel. I like the convenience of Spur at the hotel. Breakfast spread fine for the star rating of the hotel. Overall service was good and catered for my business needs.

“Amazing service and staff, but rooms need an upgrade.”
Hotel rooms are clean but in need of an upgrade. Carpets are very tired and stained. Wood veneer finishes are chipped. Bathrooms are clean but fittings are old. The hotel needs an revamp especially the baths should be changed into showers and the carpets in the rooms is very old is is starting to give hayfewer otherwise the beds us of good standard and the place is ok but the group should look at upgrades
