“AMAZING”

Cannot find any fault with this hotel !!, we arrived on the 16th of may for 8 nights checked out today the reception staff are brilliant , I work in reception myself and I know how pressuring the job can be , can not thank them enough , the hotel was clean , breakfast was brilliant great choice of food each morning and bar service was excellent all staff are so friendly we have really enjoyed ourselves brilliant location also didn’t want to leave !!!! Thank you Florida park hotel we will return

“Mixed reviews, a shame really...”

Overall review ok. Went without our daughter who is 14, but I don't think there would have been enough to keep her entertained if we had brought her but younger children seemed catered for. Didn't feel there was any entertainment for adults during the day. Night-time entertainment is aimed at different nationalities, not English. Very clean up to date hotel. Found the reception staff ok, behind the bar ok, but the waiting staff in the bar area super hard working and very friendly...a gem for the hotel. Food was a struggle for us as my husband has a shellfish allergy. Unfortunately we have stayed at a few Alegria hotels who are not as stringent as England, Turkey or Greece on allergies and was informed by the head chef after one of the days that the allergy cards weren't present that he couldn't even have the chips as these are done in the same fryer as battered shellfish.. just a heads up. As the allergy card didn't have this information we ended up eating out for the rest of the week apart from breakfast. Location is perfect, stayed on this coast numerous times and it's lovely. Would we stay again...not sure. Maybe bed breakfast but then there are far nicer places for a more value option.

“Nice hotel great location”

We have just returned from our holiday at Florida park and had a lovely time. Our flight was delayed so we did not check in until 2am but we were greeted by a nice man at reception and check in was quick and easy. As we arrived so late nothing was open to get drinks and there are no drinks in the room, but there are drinks vending machines down stairs and the man at reception was happy to exchange a euro note for some coins. The hotel itself is in a wonderful location and close to plenty of shops and restaurants and the train station with the beach just across the road. The hotel is wonderfully clean with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels left. Food isn’t 10/10 but is nice and can always find something to eat. We travelled with a very fussy eater and they always found something to enjoy , the choice is very samey. If you go half board there will be time slots for you to eat and they are not very big, so can be a bit of a pain! I will echo other reviews and say please put a kettle etc in your rooms ! For half board we could not have breakfast until 8:00am which is fine but is an issue if you want a hot drink when you wake up if you are an early riser such a small thing would make a massive difference. My children are not very young so did not take much interest in the kid’s entertainment, but there was some going on. There isn’t a great deal of entertainment for adults and older kids during the day apart for aqua aerobics in the morning. Evening entertainment was ok , but did go on very late . I have nothing bad to say about it. Overall we liked this hotel and would return had a nice holiday .

Pros: Fantastic location for train to Barcelona and other resorts on the coast. Great pool (although cold in May!) Clean hotel Great facilities around hotel Opposite beach with easy access Cons: Sweet and sickly juices on all inclusive. Very limited all inclusive drinks, unsure what you can have especially in the restaurant. Cocktails poor and very sweet although if you are not all inclusive cocktails look great! Limited food buffet on all inclusive, very samey and we got quickly fed up with meals . Food not labelled as to what it is (No allergen advice). Dreadful snack bar- limp salad and burgers/ hot dogs left out all day. Coffee on all inclusive not nice (if your not all inclusive they have a nice coffee machine but all inclusive get different drinks!) No black tea 😳 Entertainment catered at non English Smokers ++++ at this hotel, I couldn’t get away from the smell of smoke. Rooms have very thin walls, you can hear everything 😳 No ice cream (only at dinner and lunch) for all inclusive- none available to eat outside unless purchased No eating on sun bed.
