Just returned from a weeks holiday. Took my 4 year old daughter and we had an amazing time. The meals were amazing always something different and kids meals such as pizza, fish fingers, pasta and hotdogs always available. The pools were a bit cold however once you were in they were enjoyable. The kids pool is fantastic from the slides to the small kids pool, my daughter would not come out. The kids entertainment was fantastic, they take the time to interact with your child and knew my daughter’s name every time she saw them. She attended the kids club a few times and always came out with pictures she had made. The rooms were always clean and the hotel is immaculate. The beach was lovely and clean, cost 10 euros for two chairs, table and umbrella. We spent a full day there and it was beautiful. There is also some shops not far from the beach to have a look at. I honestly could not fault this holiday and we would love to return.

“Perfect place for a family holiday”

Perfect place for a family holiday. We were holidaying with a 5 month old baby. The hotel made all of is feel so welcome. The pools and slides are fun for all ages. Great food and the hotel rooms were lovely. Also the most comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from a weeks holiday, we managed to get a weeks all inclusive here for a really good price, for what we payed I could not fault it, I wouldn’t have paid anymore than what we did as it would not be worth it. On arrival to check in we had to stand in a queue for around an hour (not a great start to the week) some of the staff where very miserable, a smile wouldn’t hurt. This is more of a Spanish resort and not too many English here, buffet time I would describe as feeding time at the zoo with kids constantly running around and screaming. The snack bar was amazing and food was lovely we usually went here for dinner instead of the main restaurant as it wasn’t overly busy. Only 5 cocktails available on all inclusive and only a select amount of spirits even basics like Bacardi, Malibu etc weren’t included and this was an additional cost which I have never encountered before at an all inclusive. You can do late checkout which is €30 and you could keep your room until 6pm however the day we where checking out they had not availability. Overall this is a great holiday if you have kids, we travelled as a couple and would we return hmmm maybe not unless we got it cheap again.

We have just returned from a 1 week stay. Lovely family style hotel. Interesting design with interior plants making it look beautiful. Clean, excellent food, on the beach and beautiful pool area….until you attempt to relax on a sunbed. I have to agree with a previous poster as we had the same feelings regarding this area. Unfortunately this ruined the holiday for us. They have an employee who marchs around in a black uniform with a challenging manner. We felt intimidated and constantly watched. I understand that sunbeds should not be reserved and there are always a few who ignore this however the half an hour rule is simply ridiculous. My husband and I couldn’t do activities together as it would have meant off both beds and we would have stickers put on them ready to remove our belongings. At on point the man watched my husband get into the pool and in less than 5 minutes came and pointed at the sunbed in an aggressive manner. My husband had to come back before I could even go the bathroom! Lunch…. Run, eat and get indigestion or there will be no where to sit on your return! This behaviour happened repeatedly and everywhere around the pool. We witnessed many confrontations that made for a horrible atmosphere. Due to this we chose to go to the beach and not spend much time around the pool. Really sad because the pool area really is beautiful. We did speak to the Tui rep and he said he had received a few complaints. Unfortunately we will not return nor who recommended.
