“Another great visit”
Another great experience. Love it here. Would just request that staff stop wearing masks. It is difficult to understand what is being said and the guest can’t see a face which is the most important human experience. I boast about this hotel and would continue to do so. “Nice place to stay”
This hotel was a recommendation from our host while visiting Taiwan for Business trip. The suite on the 14th floor was very nice. Morning breakfast had large selection of items. Only inconvenience was the lack of power outlets (and USB) near the bed. Good experience and felt more like home vs. ho... more

“Enjoyable”
Located at central of Taichung - easy to come. Room was clean, comfortable and big with big bathroom also. Lots of choices for breakfast. Staffs were well trained. Swimming pool was beautiful. Enjoyable!

“Outdated and training of service”
The hotel is a little outdated for a five star category. The staff are very hard to work with. You can’t get your room check in or assign until after 3pm, you must check out by 11am or we charge you half day rate. If you sit the lounge, you must order a drink at least.. that really annoy you on h... more
