Just back after a week stay in the rosamar garden resort. Went with 2 young children who had the best week thanks to the lovely kids club staff they were so lovely and friendly they work so hard at there job and made it special for the kids. The reception staff were so helpful and accommodating us on having to change room due to our boy not liking going on the lift so they moved us to the 2nd floor so this was great they changed us with no issues. Water was abit cold in outdoor pool but there's an indoor pool also which is great lifeguard always on duty. Rooms are a little noisy but it is a family resort so we were expecting it to be noisy. Would also recommend more bar staff to have on in the evening when entertainment is on.Overall we really enjoyed the stay in rosamar resort and we return next year. Close to the beach, restaurant and playground 👌

Just back from a stay at this hotel, I have to give 5* to the kids club crew and kids entertainment at night, the girls work so hard to give children the best experience and my daughter had a great time each day with them all, thanks to all. Reception staff were excellent (always a lollipop on hand 😂) room was cleaned each day by the wonderful staff, overall a great experience.

“Virus”

I am writing this review whilst I am still here. Currently 03:15am and my partner is throwing his guts up. I was the same 2 days ago, couldn’t get out of bed for 24 hours shivering and throwing up. I am writing this review whilst I am still here. Currently 03:15am and my partner is throwing his guts up. I was the same 2 days ago, couldn’t get out of bed for 24 hours shivering and throwing up. I am praying my 5 year old twins don’t get it just before we travel to go home. This virus has ruined our holiday completely. Hotel staff don’t seem to be managing it well at all, not even an apology when going to reception. Many other families have been affected too. Children throwing up outside the front of hotel and around the pool. Awful, not what kids deserve on their holidays or adults.
