“Excellent hotel if you are visiting the Marbella/ Banus area.”
We have visited this hotel a number of times. It is in an excellent location for us, the standards of the hotel are high. “Lovely & Relaxed”
Very friendly staff with warm welcome, Elena on reception was lovely. Whilst on a busy main road, remains quiet when facing on to the pool. Excellent facilities and plenty of local restaurants although you will need to walk. Room (307) was very good, although bathroom not to my taste, very roomy ... more

Everything and everyone was perfect. Reception staff extremely helpful...lady that cooked the omelettes fir breakfast amazing and they were delicious...so much choice and all fresh and delicious...waiting staff fabulous .....pool and grounds great...location a bit out there but taxis and buses an... more

“Fabulous!”
Wow haven't we been spoilt and looked after!! Cava and canapés on check in. Then my daughter's bday today- she got the same with a birthday card. Staff everywhere have been amazing. “Reservation issue”
Problems with reservation at the hotel on check in. I was made to pay for the room until resolved the next day. Not good for customer relations. However it was resolved but nevertheless they should not have requested payment when I had proof.
