The hotel staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel has shops, restaurants and pubs close by to it. It has two pools which are positioned ideally to catch both the morning and afternoon sunshine. Small point, I asked for a pillow and they took a note but when I returned to my room the pillow wasn’t there. I asked again at reception after I noticed and they brought up a pillow straightaway. The buffet breakfast have a good range of different options, hot cooked breakfast, cooked meats, cereal, bread, yoghurts and a selection of fruit. One thing that would be really helpful would be for the food to be labelled with the ingredients they contained as my wife and both have food allergies. You are able to walk around to San Antonio which takes around 35 minutes, if you’re able to walk at a good pace. The hotel has a car park which makes it easy to park for a daily fee of around €15 and then be able to tour around the island. It is very accessible to all parts of the island. The hotel is a beautiful place to rest and relax and be able to take in the rest of the wonders of the island.

Great family hotel! We stayed here as a family of 3. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff were friendly and very helpful and they made a fantastic pina colada! We did go out of season so the pool was too cold to swim in and they didn't have any kids clubs or entertainment on but that suited us perfectly. The spa facilities were good too we booked a massage and the lady was fab. Overall a great relaxing break. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely stunning hotel. Spotlessly clean, staff are so helpful and friendly. We stay for 5 nights, bed and breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, all manner of choice. Pool was lovely, with a DJ around the pool Thursday to Sunday which was great, added to the atmosphere. Plenty of sun beds in the morning. Jest far enough out of San Antonio to not be too busy. Little thing missing, a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities. Other than that faultless!

currently writing this on our last night here , came with my boyfriend for a week get away best things we were checked in very quickly within 5 minutes, entered the room and everything was great and clean , the downside is definitely the food we only stayed as bed and breakfast but we did regret it as every morning the food was freezing cold by the time we had sat down to eat it not what i’d expect from a hotel especially not a 4* one , we were on a budget as to why we wanted to get breakfast at hotel but we wish we didn’t as it wasn’t the best experience but all the staff were lovely. another thing is the air con i’m not sure if i was doing something wrong but it just didn’t work and i hate to complain to staff so just dealt with it but it did get hot in the rooms on the nights only one other thing was the cleaners our room kept getting missed out for some reason even though i put the door handle sign on to be cleaned had to ask reception to get clean towels atleast as we just wanted to get showered after a day at the pool with clean towels but other than this it was great not too loud on the nights just standard things you’d hear like footsteps all night but that didn’t bother us we still got a good sleep every night.
