Just returned from a weeks winter Sun! Have previously stated at the hotel a few years ago so knew what to expect! Beautiful hotel, perfect location 20 mins from airport, beach at your doorstep, shops, bars a short walk away - animation team are brilliant with the kids. The white party on Tuesday night was great! Pool areas fantastic, loads of sunbeds and space. Grounds immaculate. Food always something for everyone, never went hungry. We’re not big drinkers so beer & soft drinks were great for us. You get 1 Al a carte meal for a weeks stay (Italian or tex mex) we had Italian which was lovely and was nice to be waited on. Rooms clean, towels changed when we left them in the shower - cleaners always polite and friendly when passing in the corridors. There’s an app you can use to request things for your room such as extra pillows, soaps etc or report maintenance issues and you can find daily activities schedule/excursions on there too! I’d emailed the hotel prior to the stay to request that the 2 rooms we booked were next to each other so it was easier for us and the request was fulfilled. There’s only 2 things i can pick at (and that’s me being really picky) drink service at lunch and evening meal was difficult trying to get staff to replenish drinks - obviously they’re busy tidying away plates and resetting tables as was fairly busy so it’s one of them things and secondly the pool snacks are really repetitive maybe alternate choices but again if you didn’t want the pool snacks you could head into the buffet restaurant for more choice it’s just nice to sit in the Tuscan because of the pool views! Anyway you won’t be disappointed staying here, family friendly - fantastic holiday and we absolutely will be returning in the near future ⭐️

We had read mixed reviews before going and my wife was unwell during our stay and despite some negatives about the hotel we enjoyed our stay. The hotel had a really good layout with the three pool areas and gardens and situated right on the sea front with the majority of the rooms having a seaview. Having been tempted to pay extra to ensure a seaview we were very disappointed to be allocated a room on the ground floor opening out directly on to the kiddies pool area and having very little privacy. Given that we had specifically paid extra for a seaview and that we are a pensioners, it seems incomprehensible to make a mistake like this and we are aware we were not alone in this just during that week. The error was quickly rectified but with very little in the way of an apology. Other negatives we found were the poor cleaning of the rooms, ineffective aircon, tv was difficult to navigate and could not adjust volume, apparently at least one person was allowed to have their dog in their room and the lobby area had an odour of cat urine when we were awaiting our coach transfer home. The problems in the room were notified to reception but not rectified. On the positives the grounds were very nice and well maintained and the bars were nice with largely pleasant staff. It was good that there was often some form of entertainment in two areas of the hotel in the evenings. The drinks were good apart from weak cola (seems to be obligatory in hotels these days). We found the food to be excellent. On the whole we had a really nice holiday despite my wife's health problems but would not say we would want to rush back
