“I love my stay”

The bed was great and comfortable, all the staffs were very friendly. I've heard it's a newly renovated hotel, the decorating was also nice as it was almost Christmas when i arrived. Hotel buffet is delicious, lots of choices, even though it's just a one night stay but overall, I love my stay.

Hotel much improved since earlier visit twelve months ago. Ground floor revamped and ground floor restaurant much more western friendly. I enjoy Chinese food , but not for breakfast!! Breakfast buffet now contains reasonable western choice. We also hosted a dinner for 8 in a private room in the first floor Chinese restaurant. This was excellent and reasonably priced. As with most places off the tourist route its not always easy to find English/European speaking staff but again this has improved in last twelve months. Bedrooms are spacious and clean. Service is excellent

We stayed for 4 separate nights as we travelled to different areas of Yunnan, China. We could leave our luggage behind so that we could travel light while making one-night trips to see some wonders of nature in all directions away from Kunming. The hotel has very good breakfast and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The only thing was our timing. The lobby was under renovation during our visit period in Yunnan. So we were inconvenienced at the lobby area which was dusty. I am sure after this, it would be even better.

Dynasty is really a lovely place to stay. We headed back to Kunming from the Red Land and one thing we absolutely wanted was a relaxing comfortable place to stay before flying out to Beihai the next day. The Hotel has spacious, clean rooms, all very well fitted and definitely comfortable. They have a gracious restaurant, a bar place and a night club inside the building. Not many of the personnel can speak english. It's actually hard to make yourself understand but we soon found out that the very best english speaking staff are the girls. Just so helpful and willing to do anything possible in order to get or go what you are asking. Chapeau to the girls! The room cleaning lady also left us a note advising us, among other things, not to forget our coat when going out! Lovely.
