Location: This charming hotel is surrounded by 200 hectares of national parkland and situated by a lake. The beautiful, romantic old city of Bremen, with its historic marketplace, the famous Böttcherstraße and the Schnoorviertel are only a few minutes away. The city centre with the River Weser, numerous shopping opportunities, the cathedral, the Bremen city musicians and the town hall is around 1.5 km away. “Beautiful / dog friendly / electric chargers / old world charm”
Stunning hotel nestled in the middle of the park. As dog lovers who are travelling with our dogs this hotel was just perfect. The pool was a lovely surprise, accessed from inside the hotel this heated outdoor pool is small but perfectly formed with some therapy bubbles and jets and a cute jacuzzi.… more

“Either 4 star or 5 star - but never ever mix the 2 !”
I have been a guest of the Hotel for 42 years. I lament the change of ownership, and most of the old charm was swept away with unnecessary new branding, an very mean costing savings, removal of classical art work, lower quality and bizarre wall paper etc - and the addition of tacky punk type artwor… more
