“Absolute beautiful small hotel staff really friendly facilities very good , only thing is don’t really need heated pool”

This hotel is in a great location, staff friendly on arrival and hotel facilities including lovely lunch time barbecue and rooftop bar is lovely. Don’t think it’s necessary for heated pool but apart from that really nice hotel .live music on the rooftop was really good

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents who have been coming to this hotel for a number years and have always said how they have been treated like family. Firstly the hotel itself is a fantastic modern hotel with great facilities in an great location. A recent experience has fully justified their opinion. My parents have recently stayed at the hotel and unfortunately my father became unwell when out walking by himself and was missing for 24 hours. The staff at the hotel, in particular Patricia, but also Christian and Sergio went above and beyond. They liaised directly with police and then when he was found (he had suffered a bleed on the brain so was disoriented and lost) they liaised directly with the hospital to get him the help he needed. The hotel then accommodated myself and my sister allowing us to stay without a time limit even though the hotel was at capacity. We will never forget the service given to us and in particular my parents and we are forever grateful.

“Really good , lovely hotel”

Lovely hotel , Food really good, The Lamb shank was beautiful, so was the Salmon only one night found the food slightly lacking. Room was a bit poky , lovely relaxed atmosphere around pool , although no Pool bar, Restaurant area was small and personal . but very cosy and relaxed. I would return.

We stayed 5 nights having previously stayed in a couple of the very large seafront hotels on previous visits. Essence is by far the best hotel we have seen in Torremolinos. It's spotlessly clean and very well appointed. What sets it apart is that its smaller and you aren't eating your breakfast and dinner with hundreds of other guests. The food is amazing and we would definitely recommend you try their dinners. Finally it's a perfect location... 2 mins to the beach and about 10 mins uphill to the town. We are looking to rebook later this year! Thank you!
