The staff at Bluesea Hotel were friendly, efficient and professional, there was a minor problem when booking in. the hotel had not received our specific room requirements, however. we went for supper upon arrival and on our return the room situation had been resolved. the room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. The restaurant food was adequate, but unfortunately not as good a standard as some other hotels we have stayed at, I did enjoy the crackers, which were available at all meals. The outside area had a tremendous amount of loungers, the pool was clean and inviting, again the pool snacks were of a relatively poor quality which lets the Hotel down. Both lifts were not working at one time, this appeared to be only for a short duration then both lifts were working again. The entertainment we did not really take much interest in, but appears pretty standard. I did enjoy the three guys doing the aerobatics act, something a little different.

“A clean, friendly hotel, good for families.”

Staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure guests are happy. The hotel, rooms and pool area are kept really clean and the sheets and towels are changed daily. Staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure guests are happy. The hotel, rooms and pool area are kept really clean and the sheets and towels are changed daily. There was a good choice of different food for meat eaters but the choice for vegetarians was limited, as ham was added to many dishes that could have been suitable: chick pea stew and mixed bean stew. The entertainment staff worked really hard and were always enthusiastic and made guests feel that they mattered. The visiting performers were of a high standard. It's a shame that the bar area lacks atmosphere.

“Poor hotel definitely not 4 star”

The food is awful, lukewarm and just terrible. Only 2 toilets on the entire area for evening, day and nothing in the restaurant at all. You need a taxi to ho into town which you will need to for shops and restaurants. There's only one bar in the evening for all entertainment which is poor and ... more

The food is awful, lukewarm and just terrible. Only 2 toilets on the entire area for evening, day and nothing in the restaurant at all. You need a taxi to ho into town which you will need to for shops and restaurants. There's only one bar in the evening for all entertainment which is poor and a distant away from the bar. Definitely not a 4 star more like a 3 star pushing it. No information in English around your told nothing. Key cards needs replacing practically every day as they keep deactivate. No tea coffee facilities in room. You have to pay for sangria and other cocktails. Nothing foodwise for children at all. Would I come again, No from me.

Beds decent size but annoying how they split apart if you lay in middle , food was ok at first then it was just repetitive the rest of week constantly chips and pasta or fish or chicken and that was only occasionally the chicken n fish was cooked all the same food pretty much and the food gave me quite and upset stomach most of the Holliday and pretty sure it made my family ill , however the entertainment was good and the activities were fun ! Staff were friendly but some was very useless. The pools were far too cold and for that reason didn't go swimming in pools much but close to hotel is a beautiful beach and sick water parks ! A lot of the hotel hallways were leaking which was quite annoying considering I was in kruches for most of Holliday so was dangerous for me to walk past and ofcourse elder people . Very windy but apart from that was a good stay would recommend for family's but I'd say there's definitely some improving to do with the hotel ! Wouldn't go back there but was great experience , annoying you had to pay for cocktails when it's all inclusive but wasn't big deal , a lot of the people staying at the hotel was quite grumpy and rude
