“Great break”
Lovely hotel, very attentive and happy staff, great location, town fun - just a much needed few days away from the English weather. Thoroughly recommended

“Nice, cozy hotel in quiet area”
We have spent 8 days on Tenerife, took option with breakfasts, food was really tasty, staff very friendly, room was pretty big, we are really satisfied of our stay at the AluaSoul Orotava Valley

“Good hotel”
Really spacious rooms, clean. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Only thing is, the hotel is on a hill so if you don’t enjoy walking up steep hills then it might not be for you. Overall we had a good experience and we’d come back again!! Very nice

Very lovely hotel. I couldn't find any fault and I'm very fussy when it comes to hotels It was clean. Staff were polite, friendly, professional.food and drinks fantastic.bus shuttle to mall. Walking distance to bus terminus Only negative is the distance to the airport,

“Good but can be better”
This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel for four star. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay, primarily with customer service, room TV entertainment, and housekeeping. While the food is good, with careful attention, it could be excellent.
