We visited in November-2016 in group tour. Out look of Hotel is very good. But, service to be improved by Hotel Management, like Inter com facility & room service. We visited in November-2016 in group tour. Out look of Hotel is very good. But, service to be improved by Hotel Management, like Inter com facility & room service. We got room at last and there is no intercom facility. so for every matter, we have to walk and go to reception counter. No room service available. WE have to ask for Towel, Bucket, TV remote, AC remote every thing.

“A beautiful Heritage Hotel Property turning to lower category hotel”

I was with my family trip of Rajasthan Region. We stayed at Hotel Dholamaru at Jaisalmer. Hotel Jaisalmer is good property in huge area. This place is beautiful but due to lack of proper maintenance it can not attract tourist eye to stay over here. Staff is also reluctant to help. In any case - If you don't find a place of your choice then only go to this hotel keeping in mind that you have to consistently hammer hotel people for facilities you require. If hotel management read this review and take the same in positive spirit and initiate actions towards, cleanness, maintenance, and small renovation work where required this property can fetch very good name .

“Low budget hotel”

Visited this place during winters and the weather was beautiful. Since we were on a budget trip we chose this place which is not very fancy and does not have any luxuries. Visited this place during winters and the weather was beautiful. Since we were on a budget trip we chose this place which is not very fancy and does not have any luxuries. The place is beautiful and if maintained well can attract a lot of tourist, probably needs a good management. Would recommend if you don't find a place of your choice and are left with no option then go for it. After all when you visit Rajasthan, the best part if the colorful cities!!

I visited Rajasthan twice in 2013.In Dec.13 I did a trip of Jodhpur-Jaisalmer-Bikaner. Everywhere we stayed in RTDC hotels. I visited Rajasthan twice in 2013.In Dec.13 I did a trip of Jodhpur-Jaisalmer-Bikaner. Everywhere we stayed in RTDC hotels. All hotels are really good on all fronts except Dhola Maru hotel of Bikaner. The hotel is not up to the mark as far as service is concerned. We have been told that since renovation is going on & therefore the inconvenience is. But the service was not quick. They had very less staff to attend guests. Rooms were not so clean, problem of hot water & service in cafeteria was very poor.
