We arrived at the hotel & were warmly welcomed by very friendly reception staff. The reception area is vast & very clean. We were given lots of information about our stay which was helpful. Our rooms were easy to find given how large the hotel is, you just need to remember which lift goes to which side of the hotel. Our rooms were spotless & spacious, we arrived at 12 & our rooms were ready apart from drinks tray but the reception said that would be prepared by 3pm which it was. We went straight to the pool & there was plenty of sun beds, parasols which you can move around. Pools were lovely 1 was warmer than the other & there was a kids pool separate. The poolside bar was good for drinks & snacks & very clean, the staff were very friendly & obviously enjoyed their work. The breakfast was great, good selection & fresh, we liked the detox juices! All the staff were lovely especially the staff member who did the eggs for us every day ! Lunch was lovely again with a good selection. Dinner we eat out but it looked popular. We liked the policy of not reserving sun beds before breakfast & you could change your pool towels when you wanted for fresh, you must remember to collect your card. Our rooms were cleaned every day to very high standard, even our balcony. I would have liked to see water in our fridge & a couple of water coolers around the hotel so you could help yourself, we went to the supermarket to get bottles. There was various activities I actually did aqua aerobics which was fun ! also there was evening entertainment in the large bar by reception. Plenty of supermarkets near & bars & resturants The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, ye it’s a bit dated & due a refub next year but we had a fantastic stay, Thankyou to all the staff.

This hotel delivers on first impressions. Step behind the foyer and it’s a bit underwhelming. The rooms are bit dated ok but clean . The bed was terrible and very firm mattress meaning several nights of no sleep. It is not 5 star and I am comparing to 5 stars we stayed in last year in Lanzarote and Gran Canaria. However price was good value -if you check out 5 star lux like the GF Victoria at the end of the road it’s night and day BUT will cost you over £1500 extra. So you get what you pay for. Pros Friendly staff Rooftop adults only pool Good breakfast buffet Location- lots of nice restaurants nearby and great high end shopping Great spa with reasonably priced massage Cons Run down pool areas ie beds dirty Huge hotel so always busy Thin beach towels on a card system No water or milk etc replaced in you room after you first use them Entertainment

“Noisy hotel not for relaxing. Different activities all around”

Noisy hotel. Not for couples Great hotel. But it’s not quite as relaxing and peaceful as lead to believe by your posts. Noisy hotel. Not for couples Great hotel. But it’s not quite as relaxing and peaceful as lead to believe by your posts. The main pool full of lidos and children, having loads of fun. 🤩 which is what a family holidays are all about. As for couples not as relaxing as I hoped. The rooms are board thin walls you hear everything. The flushing of the toilet system on each level. especially if your on floor one! The games on the ground floor squash court echos around, and the air hockey. Then also 2 ping pong tables, and 2 pools tables. Room 175 was not relaxing enough. I did mention this to reception, but it fell on deaf ears 🤣, we were offered a room on higher location but no deference, and with only 4 days till we travelled home it wasn’t worth it. Then the children playing hand football on the table tennis, again Receptionist said this doesn’t make that much more noise than actual ping pong ball 🤬. I can only imagine that they wish to have more families, the all inclusive option wasn’t all bells and whistles. The pool areas were not washed down, the small tables were not cleaned. Just a small detail. The staff around making the complex amazing. Shout out to Will and the bar staff, and entertainment team. We did have a great holiday. Just sharing my experience.

Stayed at this hotel late April/may 2024 . First impression WOW . Foyer amazing,check in staff amazing. Upon arrival in our room 487 , mmm very clean but Dated.After our first night (interrupted) sleep , reported to main desk about the Cockroaches sharing our room. Was told it would be dealt with immediately! Spent many hours around the main pool , towels supplied and no problem getting a sun lounger. The main eating area very clean with a excellent choice of food staff very accommodating. Cashless hotel can pay daily or on checkout. On the last night the Cockroaches returned, would I call this 5 star. No but a overrated 3 Star. In my opinion……
