“Amazing”

5/5 overall the hotel was amazing the pools were so clean and one was heated the views were amazing. The rooftop only adults pool had amazing views for the sunset and lovely private pool. The rooms were definitely outdated and I think definitely need a renovation, the aircon is not very strong. But they are definitely still lovely. The evening shows were amazing such talent! The entertainment in the day was fantastic especially the Italian gentle man I forgot his name. We did really fun pool yoga it was so funny. The restaurants and shops near by are amazing, there is a market on Thursdays and Saturday with lovely little bits defo recommend. The beach is 3 mins away on electric scooters. The breakfast and dinner was delicious there was a self made pasta bar where you can choose your toppings which was delicious. Overall highly recommend is a very convient location especially for young couples, the strip is a €15 cab drive away but costa Adeje is definitely nicer than las Americas in my opinion anyway! Just returned from our 5th visit stayed for 10 nights and loved every second of it The staff here are the friendliest caring people of any hotel anywhere in the world I’ve stayed The place is looking a little tired but closes later in the year for a full refurb however everything is still spotlessly clean Food was plentiful and delicious I especially liked the pasta station Drinks were good and the waiter service excellent The outside pool snack bar is managed fantasticly the lady manager ( sorry I forgot your name) is absolutely lovely and very professional as are all her team, the food was delicious A truely fantastic holiday again no complaints whatsoever about the hotel and staff same can’t be said for some of the obnoxious guests who seem to think the no smoking and vaping rules don’t apply to them Looking forward to our next visit soon

We really liked our stay at the adeje gran. We had some issues with the wifi, air con and the tv but we asked reception and it got sorted on the same day. We really liked our stay at the adeje gran. We had some issues with the wifi, air con and the tv but we asked reception and it got sorted on the same day. Although we did go a whole week without as we just didn’t think it was working. The animation team are the most amazing people, my daughter absolutely loved her time in kids club and the mini disco, although it was a little late starting at 8.30 so she only went a few times as we ate out. The pools were lovely but the cold pool needs warming as it never got used by anyone as it was freezing! We found The fashion show so cringy, But the sax player is cool! Breakfast was ok but we preferred to sleep in and the cut off was 10.30.. the cleaners were friendly and my kids loved saying hello and the room was always tidy but if you don’t put your do not disturb card in your getting woken at 9am! And you can literally hear the cleaner in the room next door pulling the bed out and scraping the furniture across the floor. We Could hear a lot of noise on a night at like 2.30am from inconsiderate people talking really loud and shouting, this definitely made it feel like it was less than 5 star. We were also put on the 3rd floor with a 22 month old and an open balcony so we had to have the balcony door constantly shut. We kept moving the table and chairs away from the railings of the balcony but everytime the cleaner came in she put this back which was really annoying. If my baby climbed up that chair and onto that table he would have been over that balcony in seconds. The hotel is in a great area and you can avoid the big hills by walking up the back streets. There’s some really nice places to eat on the beach front. Overall we had a really nice holiday here. Like everyone says the price of it for 5star should say it all. So don’t expect too much. :) Ps the mini golf could do with an update

The positives - friendly staff, decent breakfast and evening buffet options. Great location for walking to the centre and waterfront. Rooms are spacious and homely. Negatives - rooms aren't cleaned daily, but we didn't mind too much. Palm trees are trimmed most days around 8am, right outside our window, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper / need to get up later than this. There was loud dance music on at the pool several times a day. Shouting, singing, encouraging children to generally make noise, so you can't sit at your balcony if you want quiet, and even in your room, having a siesta or relaxing is impossible. For many this won't be a problem if you are out and about during the day. A really nice hotel overall, we enjoyed our break. Just wanted to let you know about the downsides, in case you prefer / need a quiet hotel during the day.
