“Very Good - hotel .”

Overall-good, staffs are friendly guests.Envirnoment is clean and quiet. Breakfast has not much choices daily. TV programs preferable with english subtitles for their native programs .

Room are big size, enough for 3 of us staying triple. Bathroom clean and good water pressure, Hot water comes slow.. Breakfast are the same menu everyday. Room are big size, enough for 3 of us staying triple. Bathroom clean and good water pressure, Hot water comes slow.. Breakfast are the same menu everyday. There is no option with sausage and bacon, always ham. for moeslim traveler, you dont have a choice. This hotel mostly for Korean guest, in breakfast Kimchi and Korean Chopstick are there. Once, the access to swimming pool were closed. To avoid skipper. They have another open access from the back of swimming pool. Gym also located here and nobody seems to use it. Less staff speak English.. Only Ms. Linda and 2 FO staff speaks fluently English. Interesting fact, in a daylight, seems nobody stay at the hotel. Empty parking lot, empty lobby. But at night, when they have wedding, parking lot are packed. Lobby still empty. Different access to the ballroom. No sounds bothering you.

I stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks during SEA Games in December. Location was somewhat far from city center with almost nothing around the hotel. Has a small shop in gas station near the hotel and a local noodle shop. The hotel was nice, though, spacious room with cozy mattress. Water pressure was great, as well as hot water. However, it's look like air conditioner in my room was broken. Always feels like 20 degree or so in my room!!! Cleanliness is just ok. The floor always dusty since it was dusty outside the hotel. I has to wash my feet before went to bed every night. 2 free bottles of fresh water a day located in the bathroom. If you drink ones in the fridge, they will cost you. There was an internet service in the room but for USD 5 a day. However, the hotel provided 2 computers with free internet at the lobby. Breakfast was ok. Since there were many Korean tourists stayed, the hotel provide some Korean food like Kimji. Be sure to have breakfast early because the staffs didn't heat it properly. So, if you arrived at breakfast around 9.00-9.30, the food will dry and cold. Housekeeping here was an issue, too. Since my room didn't have "Please do not disturb" sign, they kept knocking on my door around 9 in the morning which I was still in bed. I asked them to check on my room later in than usual, like 11 or 12, but they kept coming back at the same time next days. Overall, the hotel itself was ok, not great. Spacious room and good water pressure but they need to invest more in manpower about services.
