I can't believe this is only rating a 2* we have had a fantastic week away with my baby boy if u have mobility issues I would recommend asking for a lower room the bar staff are so friendly couldn't fault them the staff at meal times always kept on top of the food and making sure all tables were clean and tidy the entertainment lasses made our holiday always having something to do even teaching me Spanish has been a lovely week and thank u for making my boys 1st holiday so good

My sister and I here on all inclusive for 3 nights. There are enough food options each night, with a couple of meat choices and a fish, decent enough. Would probably get a bit boring if you were here for a week. Estrella on tap, and Sangra and red and white wine. Didn’t try the red but white pretty good. About a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and there’s a little pebble beach just along a steep coast path which is worth a visit too. A lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds. Entertainment is mainly aimed at kids but we escaped to the Beach bar for a gorgeous mojito during this time!! The beach bar has a limited drink selection during the day, but this does include Estrella. You have to pay after 7pm but get 10% if you’re on all inclusive.

“Very quiet resort”

We stayed here as a family for a week all inclusive . When we arrived the coach driver had given my son’s suitcase to another family who were staying at a different hotel. The driver wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t go back to the hotel and give us the correct suitcase that belonged to us . We ended u... more

We stayed here as a family for a week all inclusive . When we arrived the coach driver had given my son’s suitcase to another family who were staying at a different hotel. The driver wasn’t helpful and wouldn’t go back to the hotel and give us the correct suitcase that belonged to us . We ended up being on the phone to jet 2 who said there was nothing they could do . In the end the other family had to get a taxis and cone to our hotel to exchange the suitcase . Beware that if a coach driver mixes up people’s suitcases , jet 2 have said it’s up to the holiday maker to drive around an island that you don’t know and to collect your own suitcase . You’re basically on your own . The driver didn’t take any responsibility and jet 2 said it’s not on them to help . It was appalling that our holiday started off like that . On a different note Hotel was clean . Food wasn’t great . One night the pork was raw ! Very repetitive food. The baked beans at breakfast were like water. More bean juice on your plate than beans. Sausages looked very undercooked , the only snacks that were on offer were ham and cheese sandwiches which didn’t look fresh . There were no hot food snacks . The beds were comfy. Drinks were ok but they did run out of wine one day. The hotel is on a hill . We had to walk down hills and up hills and lots of steps just to get to the restaurant , not ideal . Cleaners don’t clean on a Sunday so had to go to reception for more towels and was then asked why we needed them . You pay a tourist tax when you arrive but children under 16 don’t pay. We realised we had been charged for our children and did end up getting the money back but even so they should not of charged us in the first place. Very quiet resort nothing going on . Couple of shops and a beach . We did get a bus to Ibiza town which is lovely . Weather was great . Would not return .
