“Clean and friendly atmosphere”
I can't believe this is only rating a 2* we have had a fantastic week away with my baby boy if u have mobility issues I would recommend asking for a lower room the bar staff are so friendly couldn't fault them the staff at meal times always kept on top of the food and making sure all tables were ... more

“Great hotel”
Great little hotel. The staff were all very attentive. Everywhere was kept very clean. Music on the bottom pool, quiet on the top pool. Steep hill to the top apartments. The food was great, plenty of choice and replaced often. Drinks all good and certainly not watered down as previously stated. ... more

Don’t believe what you read in the reviews,my husband and I have just returned home and we couldn’t be more pleased with the esmeralda park,the staff on the reception bent over backwards to accommodate us in a suitable room as I was on crutches.The staff in the restaurant and bar were very polite... more
