Great hotel in a very good location. Very clean modern rooms, nice decor throughout the hotel, great variety of food as part of all-inclusive (not many vegan options though). Snacks' corner open from 12.30pm and free basic ice cream available from pool bards throughout the day. Free beer, wine, sangria and very basic alcoholic cocktails available. Very friendly staff at Piazetta pool bar and friendly cleaners. We were lucky to have a room very close to all facilities(shop, kids playground, mini golf, bars and restaurant), so didn't need to use buggy service. Most guests were Dutch, I met only one other family from Scotland. Beautiful atmospheric beach within 5-8minute walk, surrounded by cliffs with a boho style restaurant/bar on it. Bigger beach further along the road. 30minute walk along the sea front to Cafe del Mar @San Antonio. I would definitely go back.

“A brilliant week away”

We arrived here on the 17th October not knowing much about the place, I usually join groups on Facebook to get an idea of what it’s like but couldn’t find much about this hotel! We loved it from the minute we arrived staff were lovely, we arrived at 10.30 in the morning our rooms weren’t ready which we expected anyway but we got our wrist bands and put our cases near reception while we waited for our rooms to get ready! We were allowed to go and explore around the grounds and have lunch and a drink at the bar when we got a phone call from reception to say our rooms were ready at around 1pm! We realised when we were around we were one of the only family’s who were English, (not that that bothered us one bit, apart from we were the only ones who understood how to queue without pushing in and been polite to the staff!) absolutely beautiful place though and the food was amazing! I went with my son 20 who’s into his fitness and eating healthy, my daughter 17 who’s a vegetarian and my 9 year old who loves her junk food 😂 and we were all very happy with the food! Something for everyone! The entertainment team were amazing!! Marco and another holiday maker we made friends with took my older two on a night out on one of the evenings and my 17 year old daughter will never forget her first Ibiza night out!! Listening to them both walking in shhhhh at 3.30 am was hilarious 😂 my 9 year old made friends with two girls from another English family and had a brilliant week! On the Friday evening we went to cafe mambo for the closing night it was only 9 euros in a taxi and only a ten min drive away, was an amazing evening with a beautiful sunset! Even though the sunset is seen from the hotel too it’s stunning!! The beach is only down the road about a 5/10 min walk down a hill and it’s a beautiful beach with a bar on there, my son went for a run every morning there he said it was a lovely run with the scenery he also used the gym which wasn’t the best but he’s good at making the best with what he’s got for his work outs! And the pools were just lovely 😊 definitely going to have happy memories from this holiday!!

Honestly after seeing some reviews I was nervous but I can absolutely say it’s one of the best hotels Iv ever stayed at. Food choices were amazing at every meal. Drinks were great and free cocktails were lovely. Room was excellent albeit remote for a wheelchair user but dial 9 and I was collected promptly every time. Pools were clean with cabana beds free and free towels. 80s music at adult pool a bonus. Aircon brilliant too. Maybe a couple of English TV channels would be good as an improvement? Free safe, free toiletries, snack bar well equipped and all staff were super friendly and efficient.
