“Holiday 3 weeks”

The hotel is very beautiful and the location is good , The staff is very nice and helpful, Theo food is very tasty and they have a lot of choices the Spanish menu is very nice i love Fatima she is very prentable and professional always smiling thanks for the fabulous service Fatima !!!

Just returned and found it overall a good experience due to the location and weather - plus excellent animation team! This is not a platinum hotel though in my opinion - more a 4 star. Just returned and found it overall a good experience due to the location and weather - plus excellent animation team! This is not a platinum hotel though in my opinion - more a 4 star. Grounds are very clean, Breakfasts amazing and most of the staff great. Reasons it isn't a platinum as follows - - No waiter service at the bar and too long to wait each drink - No cups/glasses in restaurant a lot ofthe time beyond the 4 on your table. - reusable cups often not properly cleaned. - Snack bar is accesible to birds and saw them eating the food on many occasions - then watched unsuspecting guests eat the food that had been nibbled at. - carbonated drinks often not cold. - very basic desserts and no choices of ice cream/lollies - just an ice cream machine. - Dinners and lunches steaks on only 2 days. - Branded drinks only available with an upgrade meaning chesp local Spirits yet at already platinum prices. - several tiles missingfrom pool floor. - No self service for water at main bar meaning queueing for 5 minutes just for water for the children. - only 3 cocktails on all inclusive unless ugrade. Itlesst have the others available but made from locsl spirits. - a la carte doesn't offer Steak for Family meal. - Rooms were kept incredibly clean - but are basic in decor. A lot of the above can be changed and would bring the hotel up to a solid 4 star. That said the beach is amazing and Marco in particular helpful on reception. On day 3 someone stole my daughter Lilo and Stitch hooded towel and 4 elastic bands used to secure towels. Marco and another guy did itleast phone all depattnents to ask if they had seen it. I put the towel out very early so maybe it was as a punishment or someone took it - will never know what happened but if the person who took it is reading this - may karma get you for stealing a childs towel - disgusting! Think the above is a fair assesment. It was certainly not a holiday from hell or any such thing - but make sure you are paying 3 and 4 star prices.
