We have been here now for 2weeks and the experience was great staff very helpful food has certainly improved since we came at Christmas ( pork steak fish and chicken) grilled plus other foods As a previous reviewer said about a lot of steps there is BUT there are plenty of lifts as a person myself with less mobility than others I could not do stairs so The lifts was perfect the only problem I had was around the pool it could be slippery But after speaking to someone high up at the hotel they are going to do that eventually .As for the Tui reps there was one always about the hotel They have done some upgrades already but more to come. Will definitely be returning Please keep up the good work and don't let it slip

Great experience overall, pleasant atmosphere in the resort, the food is good, plenty of choices and variation. Brand ice cream is not included so the only ice cream is what it is served during meal time and the pool snack bar, which is really enough in my opinion. The pool bar has beer from the tap and wine, juice and fizzy drinks which are nice but the soft drinks are pretty sweet. The wine from the tap is not only diluted, but also pretty awful, stay away from that, there is an option for some cocktails from the menu. The pool is good, warm water. The Weather wise was cold at night time, very windy. Bring a cardigan. Music and kids disco at the evening which is nice, pool tables spread around, there is a terrace where you can sit next to the top bar. Good playground for the kids, no water slides in this resort. The kids club was also good, plenty of board games. Room is nice clean but the beds are not comfortable. The air conditioner was not working in our room, don't really need it as it is not too hot. No kettle / fridge in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful Beach is near by, free bus shuttle from the hotel.

“A last minute get away”

A last minute get away to escape the British weather. As you would expect in March the hotel was very quiet. We had a lovely relaxing week away. We liked the help yourself aspect for drinks and the variety of food available was very good. The rooms and facilities were all clean and tidy.

Nice hotel, lots of steps so not great for people less mobile. Nice hotel, lots of steps so not great for people less mobile. Rooms are very basic they could do with a mini fridge in the rooms to keep drinks cool, like bottled water etc. Life guard-not sure what the point of him was to be honest. He sat at the side of the pool cleaning the plastic grates from 10am-6pm and I don't think he would have noticed had anyone actually got into trouble in the water. Tui reps seemed unexperienced and not that great. There was no welcome meeting or anything like that and just a board which showed some trips offered. They went round the pool every day asking people to play games which were like higher or lower with cards or guess the age of the reps combined, but no one ever seemed to win just appeared they were trying to look busy. I know it only opened as a TUI hotel on 18th May but could really do with some lively reps to get the place going. They had some activities during the day like on a Thursday they would play football for 30 mins and then the afternoon water polo for 30 mins. About a 10-15 min walk to the shops but again a couple of shops selling the same thing and that's about it. Also steep getting back up to the hotel. We booked a trip out and was told we would be collected from the hotel but actually we had to walk down to another hotel which was only a couple of minutes walk but one of our party has mobility issues and wouldn't have paid to come with us had they known. The food was okay, but nothing special and limited in terms of what was available for children who were more fussy. They had the option of chips or some form of potato, some plain pasta or spaghetti, most nights there were some carrots and brocoli and chicken nuggets but was very repetitive. Overall it was a break away on a budget so you get what you pay for. If your happy to spend your days by the pool then you should be fine.
