Соба је била чиста, кревет је био удобан и сигурност није проблем на овој имовини. Имају сигурност на лицу места како би се уверили да се нико не узнемирава. Клима је добро функционисала, иако је мало бучна, али не и главна ствар, помогла је као бела бука. Доручак ујутру био је стварно гужве, тако да нисам могао учествовати. Дефинитивно би размислио о томе да останем овде поново за посао.

Пословно путовање у Канкун, леп хотел, љубазно Људи, али тамо где раде у лобију, врста анојинга. На доручак Довољно не опција за људе који не једу шећер Као и ја. Генерално леп хотел, ради један или два дана

I’ve traveling with Marriott for more than ten years., Caribbean, USA, Europe. This is the most disappointing experience. First the floors were” soaking “ wet like it was mopped and left to dry due to the oxidation from the AC. Second I couldn’t reach the front desk on the phone so I went downstairs to be torte phone is “not working “😝 due to technical issues! Third… 3 employees @ the front desk.. no one spoke English… Fourth… no hot water for my morning departure. No wash towels!!! This should not be under Marriott Brand… it doesn’t reflect their high standards…Oh and the TV didn’t work.. For a short stay it was ok but no hot water… I should be refunded… The good it was very very well lit… the AC was so cold👍🏽 I initially had to put on my ❄️ Northface jacket upon arrival…

The shower water was cold, though a family member staying on a different floor said it was warm after a few minutes. There was also a smell of cleaning supplies maybe? or something similar. Also a towel was a bit dirty but it wasn’t too big of a problem because it was the shower mat and not one of the bigger towels. The breakfast food is good but not too varied but there are free drinks for the entire day I think.
