“Lovely staff, lovely hotel”

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago, it was lovely then but it’s fantastic now. Pros Staff very helpful, always happy. Would like to mention Lacrima in the restaurant, every morning she was happy, smiling, and helpful. Her happy morning welcome is really lovely! Breakfast was delicious. Location is great, our room was lovely. We stayed in room 104 which was a pool room and not having to worry about getting a sunbed in the morning was a real luxury. Rooms decorated beautifully and always kept clean daily by the maids. Great products in the bathroom, and in the room there’s a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer and a safe. Cons As lovely as our pool room was there is a real lack of privacy. People on the strip stand and look up, often taking photos or video so it feels a bit like being in a goldfish bowl. There’s also no privacy from your neighbours. That’s ok if they are nice (lady next door to us was lovely) but the other side were noisy and often had ‘mini parties’ There’s a Bluetooth speaker in the rooms which they took full advantage of. Loudly at times. After the third night of this (first couple of nights we didn’t want any confrontation) we went down to reception and asked them to resolve this which they happily did. (The neighbours music and partying was so loud we had to go out as we couldn’t even have a conversation in our room without having to shout to hear each other!) But it did happen again a few nights later. There’s a sign on the balcony which says only people registered to the room can use the room, this didn’t seem to matter to them and again, as there’s only a little barrier between the rooms, the lack of privacy when there’s 6 or 7 people in the pool/using the balcony wasn’t nice. Would definitely stay again though, it was just bad luck to have bad neighbours!

Stayed as a group of 9. Rooms set up as two singles and a double sofa bed. Towels changed daily. Brilliant location for the strip and Old Town Staff very friendly. Chilled vibe during the day. Drinks expensive for the area but still cheaper than the UK. Walking up and down the beach this is obviously the nicest hotel in the area. Would happily stay here again as a group as all were catered for here.

I am currently staying in room 102 and I have to say I am very impressed. It is very clean and spacious. The bed is absolutely massive. Nice bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a coffee making facility, however, no kettle. The safe and mini bar are free to use. The decking area is lovely, and the little pool at the end of the decking is really nice. I would definitely stay here again as this is the best hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Very clean room and lovely staff. We stayed bed and breakfast and must say probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve eaten. Beds were comfortable and showers large and decent flow. Pool is nice and pool man is quick to remove towels if people leave them on and walk away. For quite an expensive hotel I was surprised they allowed groups of stags and hens etc.. however we experienced no problems and the staff were quick to keep them in check. All in all, a pleasant stay in a gorgeous location. That front sea view is breathtaking.
