Very attentive staff, friendly. Both check in and out were very efficient. Staff always willing to help, opening doors, what to see and great suggestions of where to eat. “A lovely stay”
We had a one bedroom suite with a queen size bed and sofa bed in main room so 3 of us were able to sleep on different beds. We were on the 14th floor and had a nice view which we enjoyed. “Charming Chateau Victoria”
Excellent location. Staff check in friendly and easy. Staff member explained all the hotel amenities. The apples on thd front desk are a nice touch. “We will be back!”
Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway in Victoria! Location was central, pay parking convenient, room and bed very comfortable. It was a bonus to have a nice restaurant (with a view) for breakfast, and a cozy lounge downstairs. We will be back!
