“Excellent people service especially Lobby receptionists and personnel. Excellent facilities and location.”
My stay was Excellent. I want to come back maybe next year. The facilities, location, Lobby and restaurant personnel were very pleasant polite, agreeable and efficient. They were very responsive and attentive to my needs and requests quite effectively and in a timely manner.

“Fantastic hotel & helpful staff.”
We are very pleased with our stay. Spacious room with fantastic views of the Huong River. Good, varied breakfast. And not least pleasant, helpful staff, Ngoc Anh and Chien can be mentioned. We also used the Tina Spa downstairs on all the days we stayed at the hotel. They are real professional.

This is a good hotel to stay at with regard to the view of the river, the staff are nice and very helpful.
