Standard Room #539 on 22-23 May 2024 Pros: - Only a few minute walk to Es Canar Beach and Cala Nova Beach. - Plenty of restaurants, bar, shops within walking distance. - Nice staff. Shout out to F/O Ana who helped me find my lost mobile phone at the other hotel. She was very helpful and efficient. - Room and hotel ground were tidy and clean with modern decor. - Free safety box. Cons: - No bottled water/coffee/tea/kettle in room. - No extra pillow/blanket in closet. - Need to leave balcony door open when you wanna sit there or you'll be locked out. Can only open from inside the room. - Soundproof needs to be improved. Could hear people next door snoring and talking clearly late night/early morning. - Beds and pillows were uncomfy. - Cannot adjust aircon temperature as it's only 'On' and 'Off' button. It was too warm in summer. Also automatically off when balcony door opens. - Refilled cups were small. We only get a cup each. Hustle going back and forth at the bar. Wish they have self service station around the bar area.

As other reviews have stated the hotel and rooms are kept very clean and towels changed every day if required. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The evening entertainment is poor but there are some good bars nearby. The breakfasts are fine except the hot drinks which are awful, the lunches and evening meals are a bit hit and miss especially the grilled meats, at times overcooked and dry but you could always find something else to eat which was good. Room size was ok, we found the bed was comfortable enough, no noise issues. All said it was a very good value holiday and we would stay here again in the future if we return to Es Cana

Hotel nicely set out, restaurant staff cleared tables quickly and very friendly, food decent, usual all inclusive, can always find something to eat. Entertainment good for kids, Klevin, animation guy, hope I've got his name right! Is brilliant with the kids, and makes time to speak to everyone, he never stops, adult entertainment is garbage, yes you've got Charlie's bar, granny's bar and Popeye's, but being all inclusive should really be some decent entertainment on! Smoking.. rules have apparently just changed, can't smoke at poolside outside tables, only at the front of the hotel and the grassed area right at the top of the pool, where there is 2 benches, and no shade, I wouldn't smoke at my sunbed or next to people who didn't smoke, but it's nice to get off your bed, grab a drink and go for smoke round the poolside tables or at night having a game of cards sat out, it's a pain having to leave everyone all the time, I spoke with people who've been going for years and not returning, could have a row of tables and chairs at least, need something sorting. Can't have any Lilo's in pool not even a rubber ring for babies even, you get told to go to kiddies splash pool which can be quite rowdy for little ones, it's ok to have balls in pool, but I'd rather be bumped into by a rubber ring than a ball come crashing over to you, which happened several times to people. Still had a good family holiday, but unfortunately won't be returning because of the above.

Basic 3 star hotel all staff friendly, The rooms are all identical and very basic but clean. TV with English Freeview channels.pool ok but no garden or nice views front or back. Close to restaurant and bars very quiet area and safe and clean Bus to next town is 10 mins away. Food is ok plenty of choice hot and fresh. Only sanmigel bear local spirits. 1 tip bring a festival plastic glass if have one as the silly token gets you a small plastic glass half pint. 2 good cabaret bars with cheep drinks are Charlies bar or Popeye's bar. Air con is rubbish free safe good. Beds rock hard as reception for extra pillows and mattress softener and the get them for you. Compare to similar hotels in area it's on par. Rep is very helpful and polite. Mix of guests young old and family. Entertainment basic.

Hotel is a 3 star it is basic, in bedrooms one pillow with no filling a bed that's so cheap and hard. If a few things were looked at it could be a good hotel. Hotel is a 3 star it is basic, in bedrooms one pillow with no filling a bed that's so cheap and hard. If a few things were looked at it could be a good hotel. Food OK but everything had meat in it including the salad, so no good for vegetarians. Worst thing is full of people shouting using bad language throwing things and banging doors at 1.30am, no one felt they wanted to confront them and staff did nothing. Its not a relaxing holiday, if you want that go some where else.
