“Beautiful hotel”

Just spent a lovely week at this hotel. Food was excellent, with a wide range every night for all tastes. The hotel, pool area and room was spotless. We had a room on the 1st floor with a private balcony/terrace with enough room for 2 sunbeds and a table and 2 chairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a fantastic week.

A fabulous little gem in Cala gandana, just returned after spending a week at this beautiful hotel, great staff very friendly and helpful, rooms have recently been updated and look fabulous, great powerful shower in bathroom, lovely food something for everyone, pool area is a pleasant area and looked after very well, we loved the evening entertainment that was on every night, everyone was up dancing and having fun, I’m missing it already, and il definitely return, thanks for a lovely holiday minorra hotel

“Wonderful hotel in great location”

From the moment we walked in through the doors our holiday had started. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the staff are all great. From the moment we walked in through the doors our holiday had started. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the staff are all great. We were on the top floor with views of the pool and sea with doors that open fully onto a juliet baloney. There was small fridge in the rooms free of charge which was great for water milk etc and a kettle and mugs ( bring your own teabags/ coffee)The pool is great size with a pool bar that serves food too. Lots of loungers both around the pool side and some more up on different level if you dont wamt right beside pool. The food is great with plenty to choose from ...plenty of fresh fruit, salads and warm options...there is even a cooking station where you get your fish and meat cooked for you .they also have separate table and toaster for gluten free bread and microwaves are also available if needed. When in restaurant you can get a bottle of wine and if you only drink 1 or 2 glasses of it ....it can be resealed and labelled and brought back to your table the next night .Beach is very short stroll past row of shops and restaurants. There a little mini golf course just across from hotel which for 5 euros each was great fun and beside it is a little hut where you can book the most amazing boat trip round the surrounding bays ( 60 euros each with light snack and refreshments included and only a maximum of 12 people per trip). Bus stop is across from hotel and staff will print you out timetables if needed . 8 euros each will get you to mahon and 3 euros each will get you to cuitadella. Cannot fault this hotel and we will def be returning

“Lovely hotel but poor entertainment”

The hotel is lovely and rooms lovely and clean. They didn’t have proper balconies so couldn’t sit out. The food is average but found to be not very hot. The bar staff are excellent and always available to get your drinks. The entertainment team consisted of 2 young girls who didn’t have a clue. ... more

The hotel is lovely and rooms lovely and clean. They didn’t have proper balconies so couldn’t sit out. The food is average but found to be not very hot. The bar staff are excellent and always available to get your drinks. The entertainment team consisted of 2 young girls who didn’t have a clue. I first thought the lead girl was the children’s entertainer as she not once mingled with guests. There was supposed to be day activities but never once did she walk round the pool. The acts in the evening were very good but were not allowed to sing after 10.45pm even when guests asked for encores as were told by same girl to stop and she was off by 11pm. No music played in evening even though bar open till 12.30am so ended being in bed by 11.15pm .
