Perfect! Everything was perfect! In love with it! I would like to pay special attention to the maintenance technicians who, after a problem, were irreproachable in resolving it. Another word of thanks for the lady who usually cleaned our apartment, who was incredibly efficient, leaving everything shining and fragrant! Don't forget the rest of the team, who were tireless in everything and made me recommend the hotel to my family and friends! I'm not one to repeat my destinations but I'm sure I'll make an exception here! Thank you to the entire Hotel team! Thanks!

Lovely hotel in a great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are nice and modern, and cleaned daily. Something I have really appreciated is the recycling points on each floor and around the pool. Always hate just binning water bottles and cans. I also like that towels only got changed in our room when we put them on the floor as instructed. I wouldn't change towels daily at home so why do it on holiday I come out the shower clean so it doesn't make sense. The pool area is very nice and again modern, you can see the hotel has been upgraded to a very nice standard. My only dislike is that there are not enough parasols for all loungers and for those who enjoy the warmth but like sitting in the shade it becomes an issue. If you get a spot under the canopies you find by 11am you suddenly are getting squished up with people seeking shade and suddenly you don't have any space, it can be uncomfortable. We have noticed you get the usual 'grab your loungers before breakfast' people but not overly bad and there are always plenty still to be had. Usually people who do this are looking to grab the parasols and canopies. But we have also noticed a handful of people who do this but don't come back until late afternoon which isn't really fair and is the cause of the issue. It would be good to see hotel managers order enough to go around so that when the numerous people who ask the lifeguard throughout the day, he can give them one. Bit of a ramble, all in all a great hotel and we enjoyed it, we would return 😀 👍

This is a good hotel with helpful friendly staff. It is also clean and the recent refurbished rooms are good apart from the air conditioning which is very noisy and ineffective! This hotel is often compared to the other two hotels on the bay, the Melia and Artiem. However the price points aren’t the same as my ten day holiday in these two hotels would have been £1000 more compared to this hotel so comparisons are difficult! The food was a good a standard however I would have preferred freshly cooked omelettes rather than pancakes at breakfast. We stayed for ten days and overall the entertainment was good but there was a couple of dud evenings. Overall I would recommend this hotel. We went with Tui and found the transfers long. The return to the airport took 90 minutes so if you can, a taxi at 30 minutes may be a better option but is not cheap. The beach is sandy with loads of beds and umbrellas. I was a bit shocked to be charged 23.5 Euros for two beds and an umbrella!(16 Euros after 3).

Hotel was newly renovated so fresh bedding and furniture, no scuffs on walls and kept very clean. I’d rate it more a good 3* with a paint job or not quite a 4*. Corridor tiling just stick on tiles and starting to lift and see points re bar and food below. Staff at hotel helpful. Room on 4th floor to the back. View at top of cliff. Floors lower at back look directly onto a rock and for me would feel quite claustrophobic and dark. Small balcony didn’t feel robust so didn’t use it. It only got sun early morning which suited us as kept room cooler as air con was blowing out hot air at lowest temp. Think that’s a Spanish green initiative but for those of us from cooler climates it’s a bit of an issue. Main issue with room was lack of noise proofing being its an older building. We could hear next door snoring, using the bathroom and talking etc. Rooms to front of hotel are larger and don’t have a balcony. They have views to the sea. The sun shines all day on these rooms so become very warm. Guests of the hotel apartments asked if we were staying in the prison as the corridors have very low ceilings that are door height. The resort regulars go to the apartments rather than the hotel. Food was ok. No fresh fruit juices, just concentrate out the coffee machine. Hot food not very hot. Meats cooked to order cheap quality. Although they had fresh omelettes/pancakes etc they were making them in advance so got rubbery and cold. When asking the chef for one she was just cooking she wanted me to use what had been lying out so I had to be firm that I wanted a hot fresh one. Fruit, salad and pastry choices fabulous. Bar areas felt like end of an evening with the bright lighting except the lighthouse pub which was external to the hotel but still owned by the hotel, which was good. Pool area looked well kept but overlooking the main road and had a nice bar/snack terrace off it. Lovely picturesque resort with river to sea and a shallow bay. Good for chilling couples and young families. There’s a small selection of bars, shops and restaurants. Beach clean and 2 beds and parasol cost €23.50 for the day. Water sports available but more the chill type paddle board, pedal boats, diving that kind of thing. We visited both the Artiems and Melia hotels. Artiems is rated 4.5 and you can see real quality differences. I priced it and for not much more, I’d pick this hotel if returning to the area. You can use either of these hotels to have drinks in.
