“Excellent apartments, nice pool area, handy for Playa Del Inglise”

Bus from Airport stops almost outside, takes about 40 mins from airport. Very well equipped one bedroom apt plus the owner met us so we had no trouble finding it or checking in. Bus from Airport stops almost outside, takes about 40 mins from airport. Very well equipped one bedroom apt plus the owner met us so we had no trouble finding it or checking in. He even provided an excellent bottle of red wine, biscuits and fruit. We had the wine with a pizza take away 2 mins away on the outside front area, very pleaasant. Its a walk up a bit of a hill to Playa De Inglise but its not severe then after the hill its easy walking, takes less than 15 mins in all to some very good restaurants and bars and a big shopping centre and tourist information, Bar San Fermin when you get on the main street is an authentic Spanish tapas bar serving superb food at great prices, easy to find, just google. Also Restaurant Rustica very good in the opposite direction about 10 mins walk down the road in the direction of the Lighthouse. The Lighthouse beach is about 45 mins walk and the beach at Playa Del Inglise is about 30 mins walk. Also the sand dunes are down that direction as well. Buses are reasonable but not as frequent as we are used to at home but you get used to the timings. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and Gran Canaria.
